Welcome to our cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat in the heart of Indiana! Nestled in a charming neighborhood, our Airbnb is the perfect home away from home for your next getaway. With two comfortable beds, our space is ideal for families, friends, or couples seeking a relaxing and inviting atmosphere.
The main floor of our delightful single-family house offers an inviting and spacious open-concept layout, seamlessly integrating the kitchen, living, and dining areas. Here, you`ll find not one, but two convenient pantries for all your culinary needs, complemented by vaulted ceilings that create an airy atmosphere. Natural light generously bathes this space, creating a warm and inviting ambiance.
Your comfort is paramount, and our main floor boasts an owner`s retreat that features a luxurious king-size bedroom, complete with a generously proportioned walk-in closet to accommodate your belongings. To enhance your relaxation, we`ve thoughtfully included a large soaker tub and a custom-tiled shower, ensuring a pleasurable and rejuvenating experience. Additionally, a half bath is conveniently located in the hallway, making it easily accessible for any extra guests during your stay.
Step outside to discover our fenced backyard, providing you with the perfect haven for privacy and relaxation, where you can bask in the beauty of both day and night, surrounded by your loved ones.
Please note that this is the main level of the house, and there is a separate lower unit available on Airbnb. For your peace of mind, the door that separates these two units remains permanently locked and inaccessible to anyone, ensuring both your privacy and safety during your stay.
Complimentary Street Parking: Enjoy the convenience of free one-side street parking right across from our property. Your vehicle`s safety and accessibility are our priority.
Entrance Instructions: To begin your stay, we kindly request that you use the front door as your point of entry. This ensures a smooth and straightforward arrival experience. We look forward to welcoming you!

We kindly want to inform you that while our property does include towels and toiletries as part of our amenities, we strive to ensure a comfortable and convenient experience for all our guests. As a courtesy, we supply enough towels and toiletries to cover a typical 3-day trip. Please keep in mind that for stays exceeding this duration, we do not provide additional supplies. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out if you have any questions or specific needs during your stay.
**Parking Information:**
- For your convenience, please use the entrance located on the right side of the garage door at the rear of the house.

Guest understands that the host and co-hosts shall have a reasonable amount of time to restore the Unit to acceptable conditions and that any issues presented to the host or co-hosts by guest(s) not preventing reasonable and habitable occupancy of the Unit shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give the guest(s) any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
Any violations of the house rules below will result in a $200 fine.
General
-No parties or events allowed – defined as having more than double the number of registered guests in the cottage at any given time.
- No trespassing - make sure that you only enter the unit/room you`ve booked.
-No smoking allowed anywhere on the property premise.
-No unregistered guests allowed between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m.
-No open fire of any kind indoors- lighters, candles, matches etc.
-No glitter or confetti.
-No illegal substances allowed on the premises at any time.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please take care of the furnishings.
-Please respect the noise curfew. Noise from any amplified sound system shall not be audible after 11:00 p.m.
-Please respect check-in and check-out times. Check in is after 4 p.m. and check out is after 11 a.m.
- Maximum of 2 Pets allowed
-Please do not flush wipes/tampons down the toilet.

Although Owner will use its best efforts to hold to a minimum your interaction with these pests during your stay, Guest understands that any contact by Guest with such a pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. Any issues with the Unit shall be immediately reported to the Manager via the phone number listed in the directions and entry instructions. Guest understands that Manager and Owner shall have a reasonable amount of time to restore the Unit to acceptable conditions, and that any issues presented to Manager by Guest not preventing reasonable and habitable occupancy of the Unit shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give the Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
Bathroom
-Please don`t flush anything but toilet paper.
-Please don’t use towels to remove makeup.
How to operate the shower:
- Turn the knob counterclockwise to your desired temperature. The further to the left you go the hotter the water. To turn off the water turn the knob clockwise until it stops.
Kitchen and Dining
-Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
-Please don’t leave cooking food unattended.
-Please use a cutting board instead of cutting items directly on the counter or dining table. Please use a heat pad when placing hot items on the counter top or the dining table.
Parking
-Please park in the area designated in the check-in instructions and in the listing description under `guest access`.
When Leaving the House
-Please turn off the stove and oven when you go out.
-Always lock the door, at all times, upon entrance and exit.
-Please put used cookware, kitchenware, silverware, bowls, plates in the dishwasher, place the detergent pod inside (no dish washing soap please) and start the cycle when you leave the house.
-Please take the trash out before you leave.
-$2/min late checkout fee.
