The Space:
Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, this stylish duplex offers comfort and charm inside and out.
The private backyard boasts of space for games, a place to sip your morning coffee, grill some sizzling food, or relax after a day on the water. Inside, soft neutrals, natural light, and open layout create a calm, inviting space. Just minutes to Three Sisters Springs, boat ramps, and downtown, you’ll have the best of Crystal River at your fingertips.

Full side of duplex with fenced backyard
Access to all spaces except a small locked owner’s closet
The Neighborhood:
Located on a quiet side street just five minutes from downtown. Winn-Dixie is 5 minutes away; Publix and Walmart about 15 minutes. Restaurants, springs, and outdoor activities are all within a 10-minute drive.
Getting Around:
Private driveway parking included. Bring bikes if you like, but a car is the most convenient way to reach the springs, boat ramps, and restaurants nearby. Public boat launches are just minutes away.
Other Things to Note:
Pet-friendly: $100 fee per stay (to cover extra cleaning like hair removal)
Pets must be crated when unattended. A crate may be available if requested (not guaranteed).
No pets on the beds. Guests are responsible for any damages or stains to linens, furniture, or appliances.
