As soon as you enter you are taken aback by the double height ceiling, skylights and extraordinary proportions across the large 25” W x 46” D floor plan. The main level features 18' ceilings, a vast living-kitchen-dining area, exposed brick, a wood burning fireplace and a charming terrace perfect for morning sunshine, just off the kitchen . The windowed kitchen includes top-of-the-line appliances from Viking and Bosch.

The living room has two large sofas and a Samsung Art Frame TV. The larger of the bedrooms are on the main level has a total of 4 twin beds (2 twins each with a trundle) while the smaller room, with the brick wall, has a queen sleeper sofa and desk. Both bedroom closets are outfitted with California Closets. and the bedrooms are just beside the all marble bath with a tub/shower. A crib and a high chair are available upon request.

The upper level has a generously proportioned master bedroom including exposed brick, a walk-in closet outfitted by California Closets, a Samsung Art Frame TV and an en-suite windowed, marble clad, 5 fixture primary bathroom. The second level includes an oversized mezzanine area that doubles as a spacious office.

The home is fully renovated and furnished in a contemporary style, includes hardwood floors throughout and a windowed laundry room inclusive of a linen closet and plenty of storage space.

*Season and term rates vary from $15,000-18,500 / month + fees+ local taxes +cleaning fee. Please inquire w/ your dates for a quote.

*This is a family friendly building! You may store stroller on ground level hallway daily. High chair, crib and bed rails available (must request when booking).

*This apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floors of a walk-up 3 family townhouse, so you must up 2 flights of stairs to get to the unit.

*There is a split A/C unit in the large open living area and window A/C units is each of the 3 bedrooms are put in for the month of April-November or by request.

*This home has 1 zone heating, meaning the entire 1700 sf apartment is set to the same heat temperature.

*Although this unit has undergone extensive renovations, the building is old (1910 built) so the unit and the building still has its quirks including creaky floors on parts of the 3rd floor and in the common hallways one zone heating, and window AC units in all of the bedrooms.

**This is a legal short-term housing unit and will be delivered to you completed ready for you with empty closets any zero clutter.

**Please note that we require cleaning every other week at guest cost of $275. Our cleaner does and excellent job and you will be very happy to have her. We are happy to add the cleaning cost to the booking or have you pay her directly via Zele or cash.
