The entire home is yours with a washer and dryer in the unit.

There are 2 reserved parking spots - one spot near front door and one additional spot in the private parking lot. Additional street parking is also available.

*Note: This unit is part of a duplex home in a quiet residential neighborhood.

*Please observe our house rules, which are designed to maintain the highest quality of stay for all our guests.

*No Parties/Events*

▪ To respect our neighbors, we do not allow parties, large gatherings, or events. We utilize the "Minut Smart Home Sensor" which has the feature of measuring noise decibel levels inside of our home. If it is determined that guests are having a party/large gathering, all guests will be asked to leave without a refund.
▪ Turn off all gas stove burners, ovens, fans, and AC/heater before leaving the home.
▪ No patio or outdoor gatherings after 10:00 PM.
▪ Adult supervision of children is required at all times.
▪ No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1,000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present.
*Note: Our Minut Smart Home Sensor also has the capability of detecting smoke from cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping pens.
▪ Check-in time: 4 PM
▪ Checkout time: 10 AM
▪ No Extra/Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
▪ No moving/rearranging of the furniture
▪ No sitting or leaning on hockey table. No placing any personal belonging onto the hockey table
▪ No Pets
▪ No parking anywhere other than assigned spaces
▪ Early luggage drop-off is allowed with prior arrangement with the host.
▪ No shoes inside the property.
*Recommended: We encourage all guests to bring their own house slippers to wear inside our home.
▪Guests are asked to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from outlets prior to leaving the home.
▪Turn off all gas stove burners, ovens, and AC/Heater prior to leaving home.
▪Proper Disposal: Please use the designated trash bins provided for all non-flushable waste.
▪No disposing of rubbish, rags, cotton balls/pads, make up or cleaning wipes, or other items that might clog toilets/sink drains into any toilets or sink drains.
