• Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms + 1 powder room



Outside, you’ll find a private hot tub, a sauna, as well as several leisure facilities for all ages: beach volleyball, badminton, basketball, and a children’s play module.

-Strict Quiet Policy: This is a relaxation sanctuary. No parties or excessive noise disturbing the peace of the neighbors will be tolerated.

No public transportation – car required



Parc régional de la Chute-à-Bull: 10 minutes



Parc Louis-Philippe-De Grandpré (ATV, fat biking, snowmobiling, etc.): 10 minutes



Swaggin Trail and Montagne du Tranchant (hiking): 6 minutes



Val Saint-Côme ski resort: 5 minutes
