One of the best hosts I have ever had the pleasure staying with. Already planning my next stay with this property again soon. Great communication and easy check in and check out, also very private space.Everything from a little paid snack bar, to the clean comfy space, and the convenience of the location to everything one can want to be close to in Wilton Manors, also close to Polaris and minutes from the beach.You will love this place.

This was the perfect spot to stay during my trip to Wilton Manors. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and the location was perfect - quick walk to the bars and restaurants in Wilton Drive.

Great location. Thoughtful amenities. The tiny room measured maybe 300 square feet, and the only additional seating, other than the bed, consisted of two wooden folding chairs. The kitchenette is good for heating/reheating but too small for anything else. The room was clean, but could have been cleaner. The floors appear to have been cleaned with a cleaner that is not suitable for the tile floors, resulting in a residue that makes the tile floor slippery and feel unclean. Tile grout needs attention. Some walls could use closer attention. Found a few stray hairs. Faucets, especially in the bathroom need deep cleaning/descaling. My biggest issue with the property though, was the smell of cigarette smoke that apparently traveled from the main residence (perhaps the garage area?) all the way upstairs. All of my clothing, my bags and even my cpap headgear now smells like an ashtray. The WiFi was unusable and so was the hot tub, both of which are said to be included with the rental. Not the worst, but certainly not the best.

This property was very clean and well appointed with convenient smart home features for convenience and comfort. Lovely decor and well stocked. The host was incredibly responsive and easy to converse with. We highly recommend, especially for singles or couples wanting a quality stay away from the busy touristy areas yet close to quaint restaurants, boutique type stores etc.

Upscale, modern accommodations meet convenience. And what a great location, just an 8 minute walk to Wilton Drive. Better yet, rent the electric scooters and make it a fun 4 minute ride!Igor put many thoughtful touches into crafting a great guest experience. We’d definitely stay here again.

Igor has a wonderful place. It is very well equipped for 1-2 people to comfortably stay. Location is great as it's a short walk to anything in Wilton Manors. It's quiet and has all the smart features you need for convenience.

Check in with quick and easy it was easy to talk to Igor about some stupid questions I had :-) I loved the look of the place, and everything was very comfortable. The selection of pillows was great, the bathroom is very large and I love the bidet. The full refrigerator is great too and it's nice to have the option to purchase some things on a bar tab. The location is also excellent you can drive to some places but if you want to walk down to the Wilton strip it takes like 5 to 10 minutes max and it's a nice walk.

This home was amazing. We loved all the high tech features, the cleanliness, the proximity to town and most of all Igor’s communication. The check-in process was very easy. The keyless entry made it easy to not have to worry about keys. Every detail was thought of either already in the space, in the helpful guides or just reaching out to Igor. Highly recommend this home for a short or long stay. There were so many features we didn’t even get to like the rental of scooters, beach gear or cars. Quiet neighborhood. Even though you’re above someone’s home, you would never know it. We would love to stay here again. Thank you Igor for a wonderful accommodation.

Our stay fell short due to several basic hospitality oversights which affected comfort and convenience. The hot tub, an amenity we specifically sought out, was not working, and although we were told it would be serviced, we never received an update or apology. If a hot tub is advertised, guests should be able to rely on it being operational upon arrival.Other practical misses included no light above the entry door and a gravel walkway that made rolling luggage difficult, if not impossible. Inside, usability often took a back seat to smart gadgets. No place to store a suitcase, nowhere outside the bathroom to hang a coat, only three towels for two guests, we had to empty a vanity drawer to store toiletries. The “monkey lights” made the nightstands awkward to use and would hit your head on the monkey's, the single‑coat flat paint left marks on belongings, and the Avon 1876 Cape Cod dishes were not microwave or oven safe, and nothing provided to safely remove hot items from the toaster oven.Returned one evening to an overwhelming food odor from the main house. The suggested solution—opening windows and waiting for it to dissipate, which didn't feel reasonable for paying guests. Finally, we were asked what time we would be leaving despite the checkout time being clearly stated.The property has potential, but the number of basic, practical misses made the stay less comfortable than expected. We hope this feedback is helpful to future guests and constructive for the host.

The room was really nice and we enjoyed our stay, but the room is little over-automated. We got the controls down soon enough but the first night after coming in from long travel and not being able to get lights to behave normally, the tv never fully shutting off (we wound up just unplugging it), having the toilet lid flipping open on its own anytime youre within the same zip code and then having to hunt for how to even get it to flush was... more than a little frustrating.Theres a separate cleaning fee, which I oppose on ideological grounds. This brought the real per night price back up to competitor's prices.

The space was amazing, these hosts thought of everything and were very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. It is about a 3 minute walk to the drive. We look forward to our next stay with them.
