• Exterior painting is scheduled to begin the week of 8/18/25 and will continue for approximately 90 days. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (with weekends possible if weather causes delays). Painting will take place on the North and South sides of the building using swing stages. No balcony closures or disruptive noise are expected, but workers may be visible on swing stages during the project.
