I chose this neighborhood because it’s one of those quiet Charlotte pockets where you can really see the city growing. Vinton Street sits on a peaceful back street in a residential area with very little traffic — it even ends in a dead-end, so it feels private and relaxed.

At the same time, the area is surrounded by new construction homes, which shows just how much development and investment is happening around it. It’s a great spot for guests who want a calm place to unwind, while still being close enough to all the restaurants, events, and fun Charlotte has to offer.

What really makes this home stand out is the amazing private backyard. It’s a large, open space designed for guests to truly enjoy. There’s a custom-built deck with cozy swings and plenty of room to relax, plus a dedicated outdoor movie spot that makes evenings in the backyard feel extra special. It’s the perfect setup for hanging out, unwinding, or creating fun memories with family and friends.

Inside, the home was a full remodel that I planned with intention and care, giving the space a fresh, modern, and comfortable feel. The combination of the thoughtful renovation and the unique outdoor setup creates a stay that feels warm, inviting, and unlike a typical rental. It’s a place where guests can enjoy both comfort and creativity — all on a peaceful, quiet street in a growing part of Charlotte.
