Fast WIFI, Clean, Cozy and Peaceful, 5 Minutes to Newport, Near Valleyview Venue

A charming and cozy new custom-built tiny home, with fast WIFI and Smart TV. The "Carriage House" is conveniently located east of Newport, TN above the French Broad river. It is situated by itself on two acres of private mostly-forested land with a private driveway, off of a state route. Within ten minutes of Interstate 40 and twenty minutes from Douglas Lake. Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and all they have to offer, are within an hour's drive. Two minutes from the Valleyview Venue Wedding Venue, which is just across the river and five minutes from downtown Newport.

Comfortable, inviting and perfect for two, with a queen bed and full bathroom. Spacious and functional kitchen with apartment-size fridge and induction cooktop.

Enjoy a coffee while sitting and hearing the birds and frogs sing, or see the fireflies in spring and listen to the cicadas in summer, from the front porch. In spring, summer and fall enjoy the new flowers as they come to life and bloom. You may even see a deer or two, as they pass through the property.

This cute little place has lots of natural light from many windows. Each window has a pull-down light-filtering blind for privacy, the front door also has privacy curtains as well. It is comfortable, cozy, clean and peaceful.

Upon stepping into the tiny house from the 2- step front porch, you will see a full kitchen on the left with all common kitchen necessities including, coffee maker, apartment-size fridge with small freezer, induction cooktop to accommodate two pots or pans, small microwave and large farm-style sink. The cupboards and drawers contain utensils, dishware, glasses, wine glasses and mugs etc. for four. All common cooking utensils are provided as well as two rolls of paper towels and kitchen towels. A large pot, a sauce pan, colander, mixing bowls and cutting boards are provided as well. A wall table can be set up at the end of the kitchen and folding chairs are provided. This provides dining seating for two or can be used as a workstation.

On the right and with a sliding barn door for privacy is a compact, but full bathroom. Sink, shower and commode. Bath towels and other bathroom necessities can be found in the bathroom. Extra toilet tissue is provided.

The bedroom area is at the back of the home with a new queen bed, Smart TV and chair.

This tiny house is the second property that I have available for guests. The other is located in Greeneville, Tennessee about a 45-minute drive from Newport. I look forward to having you as my guest and hope you come to love this little place as much as I do.

Things to note:
This house is tiny (160 square feet total). It is cozy and I have tried my best to decorate and furnish it with your comfort in mind. This is on a state route and traffic can be heavy at times during the day. I hope you enjoy your stay here.
