A luxurious apartment with a large terrace which has fantastic views of the Almerimar golf course and Sierra Nevada mountains (snow capped for about 6 months of the year).
The Almerimar Golf Clubhouse is directly opposite.
A brilliant swimming pool in sunshine all day is within minutes. Centrally placed between the marina and golf course. The marina houses a host of bars and restaurants with many varied cuisines. A superb supermarket is just 2 minutes away and two unspoilt beaches are just 5 minutes walk away.
This apartment is great for a relaxing holiday with everything close at hand. Almerimar is a lovely resort where everyone is friendly and welcoming.

The apartment is in the superb Porto Fino residence which has been built to a very high standard and is in keeping with the style of the surroundings. When you walk into the apartment you will be amazed by the marble floors and quality of the furniture and fittings. Everything you need is provided.

Wifi is included free and this is capable of streaming Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. (Amazon firestick, Google chrome cast or similar required)

There is an electric meter installed to control electricity costs. A fair allowance for electricity is included in the rental price. If you need to top up the meter you can buy extra cards for the meter from our agent (very rarely required).

What more would you want...?

Perfect location, perfect apartment, fully equipped, more than you could think of. Extra chairs to take with you to the pool, nice balcony with shade, nice view on the golfclub, close to everything. Perfect place to stay for a short or long time.

Perfect!

Perfect apartment, centrally located, close to restaurants, golfcourse, supermarket, beach, etc. Kitchen is fully equipped. Lots of unexpected extra's. Communication with owner Trevor before the holiday also was a plus.

Second time

It was our second time in Almerimar ( first one was 10 years ago). We are amazed that so many things has changed. It is really beautiful. The apartment is perfectly situated and very good equiped. Everything was very good. We had a very good e-mail connection with the owner. We can highly recommend to stay there :)

Excellent experience!

Centrally located apartment; everything within walking distance; apartment is fully equipped, even the kitchen is. Close to the golf course, the supermarket, the beach, etc. Nice balcony with shade all the time; beachchairs available for taking with you to the pool. What else do you want? One month stay Feb 2019

The apartment is situated on the 4th floor and accessible by lift. It was well laid out and fully equipped with everything you need. It was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The only downside was that although it has a balcony with lovely views towards the golf course and mountains beyond, regrettably (as it is North facing) it never got the sun so we were unable to enjoy breakfast on the balcony or an evening drink there which would have been perfect. The location of the apartment however is excellent as it is within 5 mins walk of the marinas, bars and restaurants and a large supermarket is just around the corner. The beaches are about 10mins walk. It was very convenient to have the agent on hand if needed both in her office (again just minutes away) or by telephone. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and would recommend for those looking for a holiday away from the crowds. There was plenty of choice when it came to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Not for those with young families or for those seeking a vibrant night life but if you are looking for a place to unwind and relax this is perfect.

Saker som vi trodde skulle finnas fanns inte

Då vi bokade denna bostad stod det att det fanns Grill och på Svenska betyder detta att man kan grilla (barbecue) på altanen. Efter diskussion så sa dom att det var ugnen som var försedd med grill??? Det stod också att det skulle finnas cykel men det fick man hyra om man ville ha. Nu är det så att grillen var för oss väldigt viktigt då vi själva bor i lägenhet (där man inte får grilla) och uppskattar när man kan grilla på sin semester så när vi söker efter bostad så sorterar vi efter dels pool men också efter grill. Därav att vi fick inte den bostad som vi eftersökte. Nu är det så att det står på Svenska på hemsidan och är översatt. Detta är ett klart problem tycker vi om det skall vara på detta sätt i alla fall. Kan tycka att det är onödigt att skriva om ugnen har grill (har väl alla ugnar). Detta tror vi endast är för att locka fler att söka lägenheten. Besvikna är vi i alla fall. för övrigt var lägenheten bra och bra placerad.

Jag är inte säker på om det finns något förändrats i översättning , men vi inte annonsera att lägenheten har en grill. Det har aldrig haft en och vi skulle inte vilseleda någon att tro att det har . Vi annonserar inte att vi har cyklar heller. Det talas om cyklar är tillgängliga , men om man tittar på det närmare det står dessa finns att hyra två minuters promenad bort . Jag är ledsen om översättningen du såg var vilseledande men vi har ingen kontroll över denna aspekt . Jag är glad att du hittade lägenheten bra och väl placerade I am not sure whether there is something changed in translation but we do not advertise that the apartment has a barbeque. It has never had one and we would not mislead anyone to think it has. We do not advertise that we have bicycles either. There is mention of bicycles being available but if you look at that more closely it says these are available for hire two minutes walk away. I am sorry if the translation you saw was misleading but we have no control over this aspect. I am glad you found the apartment good and well located Trevor

Mycket bra.

Mycket bekvämt med parkering i källaren intill hissen till lägenheten. Allt var bättre än vi hade förväntat oss med utsikt över golfbanan och nära till restauranger och barer samt en stor livsmedelsaffär. Även sängarna var mycket bra vilket man uppskattar i vår ålder och stor platt TV med uttag för HDMI och perfekt Wifi.

Clean, modern apartment with perfect location

I visited Almerimar with my wife as a cheap September getaway. The flights were only £90 each from Stansted to Almeria airport, which is about 40 minutes drive from the apartment. We also hired a car from Auto Europe for £30 which was an absolute bargain. The location of the apartment is perfectly central of everything you will need in Almerimar. There is a large, well stocked supermarket on the next road, literally 3 minutes walk. The many bars and restaurants surround the 3 marinas, which are all within 5 minutes stroll. The golf course is literally across the road and there are 2 large beaches within 10 minutes walk. There is also ample parking around the side and rear of the apartment block. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean (looked like new!) and tastefully decorated. It is also very well equipped with a full range of kitchen appliances, dining sets and TV, DVD and English Freeview! It was very spacious and well equipped. Easily large enough for a long term stay as well as a short break. The bedroom was very comfortable and had a good air-conditioning unit. The balcony was spacious and had an excellent view of the Sierra Nevda mountains beyond the golf course. I have added a picture of this. The roof terrace pool is very clean and faces towards the sun, so is always nice and warm. It also has a great view of one of the marinas. Overall we were very impressed by the apartment itself and its location and couldn't ask for more. We had an amazing time in Almerimar and also the surrounding areas, including visiting some villages in the Sierra Nevda mountains. Our highlight of the trip was visiting the Junta de los Rios near Otivar. This was an area in the mountains of steep ravines, rock pools and waterfalls. I have added some pictures. Overall we had an amazing holiday and would not hesitate to visit Almerimar and stay in this apartment again.

Porto Fino Luxury Apartment, Almarimar.

Would just like to let you know we thought your apartment was stunning and would definitely be using it again sometime in the future and would have no hesitation recommending it to family and friends. The location was perfect and it was real value for money. The Satellite TV is a real plus as sometimes you just want to stay in a watch a film. Something we don't get much time for at home with our busy lives. Almarimar is a such a lovely place with plenty of good places to eat and it is still very much traditional serving tapas with drinks etc. The pool at the apartment is also very good with the beach a short stroll away. Flamingo's beach bar is very good place to eat. So a big thank you for describing the the apartment so aptly as it met all our expectations.

Myself and my wife are proud to own an apartment in the Porto Fino residence of Almerimar and to share it with others. When we first arrived in Almerimar looking for a property we were so impressed by the approach road and the luxury/exclusive feel of the whole town. Almerimar stood out from all the other areas we had visited in Southern Spain.
Now retired we try to get over to Almerimar as much as we can but it does get heavily booked and we have commitments at home like looking after our grandchildren.
We enjoy walking around the marinas and along the promenades and just chilling out. We love travelling around Almeria and Andalucia and have visited all the main historical cities like Granada, Seville, Ronda and Cordoba plus some smaller places like Torrox and Frigiliana.

Our apartment is in a central location close to a good supermarket, bars & restaurants and easy walking distance to two beaches. It has a luxury feel as it has marble floors and has been fitted with good quality fittings and furniture. The apartment is in an elevated position with good views of the Almerimar golf course and Sierra Nevada mountains.

The beds are comfortable with recently replaced good quality mattresses and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. There are two comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a double bed suitable for children.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Almerimar is a very relaxed resort full of very friendly people. It has a vast range of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Our guests say they like the friendliness of the locals and the range of tapas which most bars offer with drinks.
They like the large swimming pool as it is in a sunny position and is generally quiet.
They also like the secure underground car park where we have a reserved space. This is close to the lift ensuring easy access to the apartment. Our own secure car parking space avoids the need to look for space outside which would not be so conveniently placed.
