The cabin offers a total of 1,488 square feet of living space on two interior levels with an upgrade interior, 3 fireplaces and lots of amenities for a wonderful family vacation or weekend getaway to the mountains.
The lower level of the home has new carpeting, a sitting area with sofa to relax and read a good book with a wood stove for added ambiance. This area opens to the main living room that offers additional plush sofas that surround a second gas fireplace, a flat screen TV to watch your favorite movies or sporting events and access to the private outdoor hot tub where you can soak and enjoy the starry nights. A bonus area with two private patios to enjoy the summer nights or late afternoons surrounded by the forest.
The primary bedroom on this level has a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan and small gas fireplace to help keep the toes warm in the winter! The main bathroom has a large countertop and full shower.
The upper level of the home is adorned with custom pine-paneled walls to accent the hardwood flooring and exposed wood beam in the dining and kitchen areas. There are two designed dining areas that offer plenty of spots to enjoy a meal anytime of the day and the main table has 2 large windows to enjoy the lovely forested views. The expansive kitchen is fully equipped for a chef’s dream while cooking! Access to the private deck is off the dining space and provides a wonderful spot to enjoy dinner and the BBQ grill during warmer months.

The home is 2 miles from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.

The home is not pet friendly but the owner does occasionally bring their dog - please let us know if someone has allergies so we may perform extra cleaning.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
