Garage (back of the house) can also be used at guest convenience. Driveway fits 2 cars and street parking in front of the house is also available

The easiest way to get around is by car. Major highways are nearby, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area.

*A propane tank is available for the grill as a courtesy. Because propane usage varies from guest to guest, we cannot guarantee that the tank will be full upon arrival and do not provide propane refills or tank exchanges. If additional propane is needed during your stay, you are welcome to exchange or refill the tank at a nearby retailer at your own expense.
*This is NOT a party house. No parties of any kind are allowed! We take our relationships with our neighbors seriously. This home is for residential use only. Reservation will be cancelled without refund if complaints/notice of a party are received
*NO SMOKING anywhere on the property since the smoke carries inside the house and to our neighbors. No marijuana, cigars, cigarettes, nor vaping allowed.
*There is one operational security camera located at the front door, in the form of a doorbell which records both visually and audibly. There is also a security camera facing the driveway & alleyway and is actively recording 24/7 during your stay. We take your safety as well as your privacy very seriously
