Perfect for families (and pets), with plenty of space to fish, kayak, paddleboard, or bring your own boat. Enjoy mornings by the water and evenings by the fire pit for the ultimate mix of relaxation and outdoor fun. Conveniently located near VIR, with ample parking for trailers.

Located in the desirable end of Graystone Point Rd - waterfront with 180 degree views of the lake - this house and property will wow you from the moment you arrive. Situated on one of the best fishing points on the lake!

🏡 Whether you're lounging on the dock, exploring the lake on kayaks or paddle boards, or heading to Buoy's on the lake for dinner, Hyco on Point is your home base for both relaxation and fun.



🌴Provided for your stay: hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, pool towels, cleaning supplies & trash bags to get you through your stay. We also supply clean linens, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap so you don't have to run back out to the store.



Please Note:



No smoking or vaping inside the house or patio (We have ground-level seating for this)- Additional charge for any smoking (anything) or vaping inside to cover the cost to remove the smell (so others can enjoy a smoke-free environment)



$300 fine for any unauthorized pets on the property($100 pet fee for authorized pets)



Please note:

The house is in a peaceful, wooded setting surrounded by nature. You may see birds, squirrels, and the occasional bug or spider enjoying the area too. We regularly treat and maintain the property, but some friendly critters are part of the experience of being close to nature. Cellular service may also be spotty in some areas of the property. Also, nature falls from trees :-)



Use of the Boat Dock:

Guests bringing a boat must provide proof of insurance and schedule a quick call with us to discuss dock access. Please note that the boat lift is available only with prior approval and an additional deposit.



Guest Access:

We have smart locks to make your check-in super simple and plenty of space or parking.



The Neighborhood:

The house is at the very end of a dirt road at Hyco Lake, secluded and surrounded by water. Very private! Excellent views of the lake from every angle. Plenty of parking if you need to bring a trailer!



Getting Around:

We are very close to Virginia International Raceway (VIR), Hyco Marina, Roxboro Country Club, several wineries, and other area attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Use of the water toys/activities is at the guest's own risk and discretion



Pets not allowed on outdoor or indoor furniture



We are not liable for any injuries or harm that occur on the premises of any kind. Renter/Leasee waives and assumes risk and will release the owner from all liability for injuries that may result from participation in the use of the property or physical activity (i.e., swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, etc.).

Boats may be tied to the dock during your stay but lifts are not available for use. Owners are NOT responsible for any damage to boats during renter/leasee stay. Renter/leasee assumes ALL responsibility for damage done to the dock/boat house structure during their stay.



Ability to use and or rent a boat on Hyco lake will NOT be factored into cancellation or refund. We rent a house and a dock, not boats.
