Thank you Brittany for your constructive feedback. We have notified our cleaners regarding your feedback. We do request guests to report any damages or any issues with cleaning within first 24hrs, so our cleaners can come out and resolve it for the guests. We send msgs checking the comfort of the guest with in 12 hour of checking in. But unfortunately you didn’t report anything to us during your stay. Yes, our spacious backyard with privacy fencing is most guests favorite, especially for the fury babies! We are pet lovers so we accommodated your two dogs even after the pet policy violation of not informing the hosts about the presence of dogs. The property is closer to uptown and we sometimes come across less-fortunates/homeless in some traffic signals. We have owned this property close to 2 yrs now and the the neighborhood has been very friendly and haven’t faced any safety issues. We are friends with people around our property and they are all nice people. We enjoyed hosting you and hope to host you again in the future!

Cleaning was delayed by an hour, which happened due to bad weather and delays in getting cleaned due to heavy demand. I would say that, from 4:05, when we got the first call, we connected with cleaning crew and agreed to get one room freed for group to get ready, after consultation. In next 10 mins, another member of the group called about same issue and asked that she is not comfortable using that one room temp for changing. In both calls, from call 1, I started hearing that guest would like reimbursement of charges or financial compensation. Same was repeated in second call. I negotiated with the group and asked them to wait before we discuss how we handle this and get cleaning completed. In the meanwhile guest took pics of work in progress cleaning and sent me. Seeing this cleaning crew called me and asked guest to be out till cleaning is completed as it was further making matters worse. In a nutshell, issue happened, and we resolved it, but only comms I got from first min of first call is about compensation. I hope other hosts don't have to have this. I have reimbursed 1 days stay price, and I agreed on this during the stay itself. @VRBO, can you help us understand how to keep the reviews congineal and well reviewed before published?
