Designer Apartment 10 meters from the sea

This new and modernly designed holiday apartment is located in Okrug Gornji on island Ciovo, 3 km from town Trogir. It is spacious - 120 meters square in size - all recently renovated throughout. It is situated just 10 meters from the sea and from the nearest pebble beach.

There are three sleeping units: 2 bedrooms (the master bedroom has an own bathroom, kitchenette and balcony) and large living room. The apartment can accommodate to 6 persons. Each bedroom has a king size bed, the living room has a convertible sofa bed for 2 people.
The kitchen is connected to the dining room which has entrance to a lovely terrace from which you can enjoy the beautiful view of the harbour and beach in Okrug Gornji. The kitchen is fully equipped with all household appliances - oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle... as well with cutlery and glasses.

People in Okrug are really friendly and Okrug is a perfect place to come for a vacation and relax. It is common for a family vacations or for couples as it is really a peaceful town. Guests who arrive by car rarely uses it during their stay because everything is really handy here and to avoid unnecessary jams you can take a taxi boat (at low cost) to reach centre of Trogir.
Beaches in Okrug are made of soft, small stones. There are no sandy beaches in the area, but anyway, these beaches are really pleasant to lay on!

We keep our apartments clean and fresh, always ready for your visit at any time of the year! You do not need to bring bed linen, you will find it in the apartment.
We also have a parking for your car, a WiFi is included in the price.

Fantastic apartment, one of the very best we have stayed in! Perfect location, just steps from the beach, with sun loungers provided. 2 balconies, with beautiful sea views, and lovely indoor space if the weather is not good. Quiet location, but very easy walk to shops, restaurants and bars. Very clean, cosy and well-equipped, with 2 good bathrooms and comfy beds.Dragan was extremely helpful and even gave us a lift to the airport when our booked taxi failed to turn up. (Note: do not trust Bolt - we booked well in advance, paid, they confirmed pick up, including driver name and vehicle reg. then just didn't turn up. When they were late, we looked again and the booking had just been cancelled, with no warning or message to us. We almost missed our flight!)

Wonderful apartment with a great view on the sea. Dragan and Anita have been extremely helpful.

We stayed in the apartment for 10 days in Summer 2018. Had a wonderful stay there. Highlights: + wonderful view from the balcony + literally 10m from the beach + harbour, restaurants, shopping is just around the corner + super helpful hosts + early check-in was possible

Relaxing atmosphere

Dragan was an exceptional host. We had an issue with our rental car and he spent the time to help us sort it out since the customer service agent did not speak English. The property has a gorgeous view from which to enjoy the seaside from their patio. The small town and beach are just minutes away. A perfect, relaxing start to our vacation!

Lovely roomy open plan apartment right on the beach front with views of Trogir. Dragan & Anita were excellent hosts. The welcome pack was a very nice touch & very much appreciated on our arrival. We enjoyed our stay here & would have no hesitation in returning.

Beautiful Home

Great house, great hosts, great views, in a great location. Walk out of the house and on to the beach. Enjoy sunsets from the balcony. Short walk along the beach to dining and nightlight. House has everything you need: full kitchen, big TV, two bathrooms, covered parking. Would definitely stay again.

The appartment is located in front of the sea at 10m from the beach without road to cross. Very close from restaurants end supermarket. Perfect location

Beautiful apartment in an ideal location on the beach and right beside marina, shops, bars and restaurants. Dragan was the perfect host from the moment we arrived (to a welcome picnic with wine) to the moment we left. Excellent base from which to explore Trogir (which is amazing) and all the other historical towns along the coast. We went early in May and were very unlucky with the weather but when the sun shines it's perfect. Thank you Dragan for a wonderful holiday.

Amazing!

We had a marvellous time in this beautiful, spacious and very well equipped apartment. It is ideally located on the beach right beside marina, shops, bars and restaurants. Anita and Dragan were the perfect hosts, very friendly, helpful and communicative. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the spacious balcony. Otrug is an excellent base from which to explore Trogir by foot and all the other historical towns and national parks. We can highly recommend the apartment and will definitely come back! Thank you Anita and Dragan for a wonderful holiday.

Amazing Stay

This apartment is fantastic as are the owners. Apartment is huge, clean, all the amenities, comfortable. Views from the balcony are absolutely beautiful. Owners go above and beyond for their guests. Croatians speak perfect English. Plenty of great restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. Walk out onto the beach. Split and Trogir are a must to visit. Both have beautiful old towns. You will definitely want to return to this apartment.

Best location!

We enjoyed the walkability of this area. We were able to park our car at the apartment and walk to the beach and restaurants. There’s a gelato stand that accepts credit cards a few steps from the apartment which was great after a day of water activities. Our boat tour through Tamaris Charter was even able to pick us up right on the dock in front of the apartment. The hosts were very kind providing beach chairs and assistance as requested. Our favorite thing was the terrace for dining and ocean views with morning coffee. Thank you for a welcoming family stay.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful located in the perfect spot overlooking the beautiful bay with views to die for and just a minute or two walk to a variety of restaurants and all the lovely beach bars. My sister and I spent many hours just gazing out to sea from the balcony enjoying all the boating activities as well as the stunning sunsets. Our hosts Anita and Dragan were so helpful and kind. Wonderful apt.,location and host!

A Great Place to Stay

This property is modern, clean and had all amenities for a long term stay. We stayed 26 days. Owners are right on property which is great. We loved our stay, which included our adult chidren (second bedroom and bathroom) and grandson (pullout couch private area). Beach right in front. The best amenity we thought is the balcony. We spent so much time there mornings and evenings. Parking for our 2 rental cars was provided. A short ride (5 Euro by taxi) into Trojir. But Okrug has a great beach with restaurants, beach bars, shops and grocery stores nearby. Would definitely recommend this property!

We spend one week in Anita and Draganns apartment. The apartment is very good in terms of size, facilities and location. Anita and Dragan are very friendly hosts, very helpful and communicative. Croatian Experience

The hosts greeted us and introduced us to the apartment which was everything that had been promised. We were a family of six including two young children, parents and grandparents. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, the facilities excellent and the position, right on beach with superb views, could not be better. Just be aware that there are a number of steps to negotiate to access the apartment. It was early season but a number of local restaurants were open. Trogir is easy to reach by taxi, bus or walking (steep hills but worth it!). We would recommend this apartment for a family holiday. Croatia is great and the people who all seem to speak good English are warm and helpful!

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen 9 Tage vor Ort. Alles war einfach super. Der Empfang von Dragan sehr freundlich, alles tiptop sauber. Die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Sämtliche gängigen Haushaltsgegenstände genügend vorhanden. Toll war der extra große Kühlschrank inkl. Eiswürfelbereiter. Der Ausblick direkt auf den Hafen und den Strand einfach unvergleichlich. 10 m bis zum Wasser entspricht tatsächlich den Angaben. Wir machen regelmäßig Urlaub und haben schon viele Unterkünfte erlebt – aber ein so sauberes und gepflegtes Apartment wie dieses hatten wir selten.Alles entspricht exakt den Bildern und der Beschreibung, und man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und Zustand gelegt wird. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die hervorragend ausgestattete Küche – es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man sich nur wünschen kann.Ein großes Plus war für uns auch die Sauberkeit der Polstermöbel. Diese waren in einem außergewöhnlich guten Zustand, was man wirklich nicht oft erlebt.Der Vermieter war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Auf all unsere Wünsche wurde sofort eingegangen, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.Auch die Lage ist top, und der Ort Trogir selbst ist wunderschön und absolut empfehlenswert.Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden ganz sicher wiederkommen!

Eine sehr schöne und große Wohnung. Alles TipTop und in einem guten Zustand. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und wenn etwas ist wird dies sofort erledigt und oder hilfe geboten.Der Stellplatz für das Auto ist super wenn das Auto nicht zu große ist. 9-sitzer Bus war sehr eng aber möglich trotzdem haben wir dann direkt am Meer geparkt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in der Nähe von Trogir

Es war alles perfekt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung und insbesondere die Küche waren sehr gut augestattet. Lediglich die Technik der Dusche hatte uns anfangs etwas herausgefordert. Trogir ist über einen etwas längeren Spaziergang und über einen kleinen Hügel zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir empfhelen die Wohnung gerne weiter.
