Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations due to several issues.Upon arrival, the home was not properly cleaned. There was garbage left on the kitchen counter, dirty dishes in the sink, and other cleaning tasks that had clearly not been completed. After I messaged the host, they did respond quickly and sent a cleaning crew, who eventually cleaned the property.We also found that several bathrooms did not have sufficient toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo), and I had to request these separately.The most frustrating issue was with the pool. The listing advertised a heated pool, but we were informed that heating required an additional fee. We agreed on a price, and I sent payment via Zelle. However, when we tried to use the pool, it was cold and remained cold for the duration of our stay. I was told it would heat up and that someone would be sent to check it, but no one came until the final day of our four-day stay. At that point, they confirmed that something was not working.I requested a refund for the pool heating fee, as well as some compensation for the other issues we experienced, but as of now, no refund or reimbursement has been provided.Overall, while communication was responsive at times, the condition of the property upon arrival and the unresolved pool issue significantly impacted our stay.
