Villa Valk: 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom with pool

After a day filled with outdoor activities, return to the peaceful atmosphere of your vacation rental to unwind. Gather around the dining table to share stories and enjoy meals prepared in the comfort of your fully equipped kitchen. With a refrigerator, microwave, full-size range with oven, and coffee maker, the kitchen has all the amenities you need to make mealtime a breeze. Additionally, save time and money with the convenience of a laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer.

This spacious three-bedroom vacation rental can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a full bathroom, while the guest bedrooms offer one queen-size bed and two twin-size beds, along with a shared bathroom.

The private pool area, located on the south side, has a covered area with a patio table and chairs. The pool can be heated with an electric heat pump, upon request (extra charge).

Guests have access to the whole house, private pool and yard.
No more than 3 cars allowed per reservation.

The pool can be heated, please note that there will be an additional charge of $25 per day. Pool heating is 2 night minimum.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in.

Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.

Parking: A maximum of three (3) vehicles is allowed per property.

Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the home.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.

Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition upon departure.
