Fully Equipped Kitchen:

Indulge your culinary senses in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, plates, glasses, pots, pans, utensils, and flatware—everything you need for a delightful dining experience.

Bathroom:

Please note that the bathroom offers a shower, and there is a step to access it.

Convenient Amenities:

Towels and linens are provided for your comfort, and entertainment options abound with two Smart TVs equipped with cable—one in the living room and the other in the sitting room. Stay connected with complimentary WiFi throughout your stay.

Campground Amenities:

Venture outside and discover a wealth of amenities offered by the campground, including a marina, new boat ramp, ice supply, playground, and laundry facilities. Enjoy outdoor fun with access to two beaches, a heated swimming pool, kiddie pool, horseshoe court, shuffleboard court, volleyball court, bocce ball, and basketball court. Stock up on essentials at the general store, or unwind in the open-air lounge.

Please note that guests bringing vessels must provide boat and trailer registration, as well as their insurance policy, at least 24 hours after booking to avoid delays or extra charges.

Important Notes:

Nature Surroundings: Our property is surrounded by stunning natural beauty. While we maintain a monthly pest control service, guests may still encounter bugs, especially after prolonged periods of rain. Please keep windows and doors closed, and outdoor lights off when not in use, as they tend to attract bugs.

Other Details to Note
Guest Registration and Check-In Process:

Rental and Guest Registration Form: Guests are required to submit the Rental and Guest Registration Form at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Failure to do so may result in denied access to the Kampground.

Office Registration: All renters and guests must personally register with a Reservation Specialist upon arrival.

Photo ID Requirement: Renters and guests must provide a valid photo ID at the time of registration, and the name on the ID must match the name on the registration form.

Late Submission Fee: If a guest arrives without submitting the necessary paperwork at least 24 hours in advance, the owner will incur a service fee of $25.00, which will then be charged to the guest.

Check-In Information:Welcome Package: Upon registration, guests will receive a welcome package containing a gate card (requiring a reimbursable deposit), a parking pass, a map of the Kampground with directions to their designated lot, and a copy of the Kampground rules and regulations.

Rules and Regulations: Guests are required to adhere to all rules listed in the provided campground Rules and Regulations document, with particular attention to the Quiet Hour rule, which prohibits loud music or noise after 10:00 PM.

Check-In Times: Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Please coordinate with us in advance if you require an earlier check-in. No check-in will be available after 10:00 PM.

Occupancy Limit: Each unit has a maximum occupancy limit of 6 people, including the owner and other occupants already on the property.

Pet Policy: Pets are permitted with a maximum weight limit of 100 pounds and a maximum of two pets per unit. Aggressive breeds are not allowed; please refer to the list on our website for details.

Marina and Boat Slips: The maximum boat size allowed is 25’ x 8.5’ x 2.5’. After check-in, renters must contact the office directly to reserve a boat slip and trailer parking. Insurance and registration for both the boat and trailer must be provided prior to arrival.

Additional Information:

Jet Ski Policy: Jet skis or wave runners are not permitted within the campground.

Guests will not be allowed in the Park without proper paperwork. If the parked trailer an/or car extend onto the road, they must be parked in the campground lot, where parking is available at an additional charge ( Boat Slip Rentals: Public boat slips can be rented for $40-$60per day, plus taxes, Please contact the office for seasonal rates and availability.)

Gate Card Deposit: Upon check-in, a gate card will be provided by the front desk, requiring a $50 deposit. Please return the gate card to the front desk on the day of your check-out. Failure to do so may result in a $50 fee deducted from your deposit for card replacement.
