Linda and her guests were a pleasure to have in our home. They were courteous, quiet and took care of the home very well. Happy to host them again!

I do NOT recommend this place - the host was extremely aggressive and house is dirty and uncomfortable.It started with her "directions". They were unnecessary, the app directions were sufficient and she made it very confusing. We arrived later than expected at 8 pm so it was dark and we can't find the place. I'm in the back with the children and my friend and her husband are driving& navigating. They ask me to call the host to help. I call her and she loses it on me saying she's in Italy and it's 2 am. She says she'll help us for a minute and a half so she starts asking me what I see. I describe what I see and she YELLS at me to stop talking and to just listen. I put her on speaker so the driver and navigator can hear what she's describing as I'm sandwiched between 2 car seats and can't see. But she yells at me again to take her off speaker. But we make it to the house. Loose stones up the walkway. Dog hair literally everywhere, the floor the bedding, we were finding a hair here and there on plates and cups and on the children. Towels with stains and little fuzzies. No laundry detergent. Moldy washer machine. No cooking oil. No temp control (she controls it with her app but I don't dare ruin her Italian vacation again). Playground wood looks dead and unsafe. Same with the porch. Creaky old house with noises coming from the garage or something. Conditioner was refilled with lotion? Next time, provide a number guests CAN call so we don't bother you.

The house is on a country road with no street lights so it is hard to find at night. If requested I always offer guests to come earlier than check in time. Our street number is lit up for your convenience. I did stay on the phone with you giving you house by house landmarks so you could find it. I am very responsive and if you needed anything, just text me thru the app and I'm happy to fix any concerns. Heat is available thru me as well as Splits located in the family room and upstairs. You are not dependent on me for heating or air if needed. These splits provide a/c and heat. As far as cleanliness we have a professional service that cleans many homes in my area and we have never had an issue. However if there is an issue, I would be happy to send the cleaners back for you. Sorry you had a tough time.

This house was the perfect location for our out-of-town relatives to utilize for our family reunion. The property was incredibly clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It allowed our whole family to stay close together while still having plenty of room to relax. The backyard playset was also a huge hit with the kids! To top it all off, the host responded quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend!"

This house worked perfectly for our group of 6 in the area for a graduation. The home was cozy & clean. Lissie was very responsive to a few follow up questions we had. The location is quiet which contributed to feeling at home. We wouldn't hesitate to consider this property in the future!
