We would like to clarify that the security deposit was not withheld due to a few unopened grocery items. The deduction was related to multiple violations of the house rules, including excessive trash left throughout the unit, food and other items left behind, and the property being left unsecured upon checkout. Our house rules, which are provided prior to arrival, clearly request that guests remove their belongings and food items and ensure all doors are locked when departing. We were also surprised by this review, as during your stay you expressed that you were enjoying the property and did not report many of the concerns mentioned here. Had any issues been brought to our attention, we would have gladly worked to address them. We strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and safe stay for all guests and appreciate all feedback that helps us continue improving.
