This was a great location with easy access to downtown Asheville. We had trouble with the on and off noise of the air conditioner. It did wake us during the night. Also, the closet had no hangars so we had to live out of our suitcases, but to be fair, we did not ask for hangers. The patio was delightful.

The perfect birthday gets for my partner! I’m a local and have been for thirty years. I chose this property because it looked amazing, had the perfect location as far as our needs, and was very cozy! I must book again in the future. Overall it was exactly what I wanted and what I hope my girlfriend would like and she most definitely did. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this beautiful place! The only things I can think of that would have been nice would be maybe some more by way of kitchen items ( serving dishes, large bowls, etc) but that’s just preference as we ended up cooking one night, but made it work with what was available! The best spot in downtown!!!

This was a great location, but not a good place to sleep. We stayed for four nights and did not have even one decent night's sleep. Air circulation was poor and the only bedroom was about 9X9, which left about a foot of space around the king bed (see actual photo below). The bedroom had no windows so it felt like we were sleeping in a closet. Air circulation was poor for the entire apartment and it was humid. The ceiling fan in the bedroom would only work when its light was on too. There were no sheets for the fold-out bed (where my husband attempted to move in the middle of the first night to get air) but we did find extra pillowcases in the closet. The next day we repeatedly called Yonder - no one answered the 24-hour emergency line or the general number until very late afternoon. We finally got through by putting a message on VRBO meant for questions about renting. The maintenance person did come quickly (5:30 pm) and was very pleasant. He said because we arrived later (7:30 pm) it takes the apartment a while to cool off. He also (after about 10 minutes of trying) was able to get the bedroom ceiling fan to work with the light off. This helped us get throught the next three nights, but the air was still stagnant and uncomfortable. The balcony was great and the kitchen was adequately equipped, though normal drinking glasses would have been a plus (only wine and short glasses). Much of the information in the apartment's how-to book was old and no longer applied. Very clean

When the property was cleaned after your stay, it was discovered that the floor vent in the bedroom was closed, which may explain your experience.
