Thank you for your kind review! I try my best to over come any issues ASAP to keep our guests comfortable. This beautiful group of young ladies have renewed my faith in having all ladies in our home. You and your amazing friends were a joy to work with. Please come back soon, Caryn :)

We do work HARD to accomodate! This year especially due to shortage of help from people making more money on unemployment! This is a year to think of others and pay it forward as best we can for the next guests. Beach is a beautiful word this year as it almost completely eroded away last year. Many people came close to loosing their homes. We are grateful to get to the magnificent Lake Michigan to enjoy the nice warm water right now. Myself personally I LOVE to beach comb! Hunting for beach glass, crinoids, petoskys and swimming are a most relaxing way to spend a summer day. The public beaches have all the ammentities including tons of people but I'd take privacy, my own personal out door shower and my own personal toity any day! Michigan ROCKS! :)

You and your husband are wonderful guests and you are righ... you are very clean! Thank you also for your very thoughtful gift :) I will look up "sweet moon macaroon" on facebook asap! YUM! Very much apprciate people who respect our home . Looking forward to your return visit :)

Thank you for being very considerate guests! That was very sweet that you left extrakindling for the next guests :). Yes...Lake Michigan ebbs and flows. Many people especially those from other states not on the Great Lakes don't understand the amazing force of the water. It's like an "unsalted ocean". The sand is always shifing and moving. Sometimes there is a sandbar that reaches 50 yards sometimes not. We are truely at the mercy of mother nature. We feel very lucky to have beach access only 125 feet from our driveway with no public parking or restrooms to not attract the crowds. The state and public beaches are beautiful and very crowded. You get to experience what ever you are in the mood for in this gem of a location! Thank you again, looking forward to having you back! Caryn :)

Thank you for being wonderful guests! So glad you had a "great" stay! Thank goodness the rear neighbors no longer own the home and some very sweet people will be taking over as soon as they vacate. We hear very soon!! YAY! Our beach is much bigger than it was last year as Lake Michigan is down over a foot. The dune is getting less and less steep with all the foot traffic going over it to the pretty private baeach. There is no private parking at this beach and no public restrooms so it's only available to home owners in the area. You're right... it takes some physical fitness to climb up and down. I am 64 years old and love the work out. And yes... close to much larger more busy beaches in St Joe, Silver Beach and Bridgman, Waco Beach and of course the Great Warren Dunes!! Hope you come back soon! Caryn :)

Thank you for being wonderful guests! Unfortuately the guests before you did not follow house rules and upset some neighbors. It's a balancing act trying to keep everyone happy. I hope you and your amazing family come back soon! It's people like you who give me peace. Thank you again!

Honesty is the best policy. We take great pride in taking care of our home and our guests. We do not know what the stains were and luckily our wonderful carpet cleaner got them out so our next guests could have a nice clean home to walk into as did you. When you booked in March you booked for 5 adults. Bringing 8 adults and 6 cars at the last minute put me on the spot. The listing explains this is a quiet residential neighborhood. All the very best to you in your marriage.

Thank you Stephen for being very gracious guests. You, your friends and family are welcome at our home anytime! Caryn

Oh shucks, This is my first reveiw less than 5 stars. If only you would have communicated with me your needs before or during your visit I would have done my very best to accommodate! Typically we do not supply groceries like zip lock bags or foil. We do supply TP, soaps, paper towels. We even threw in a bottle of Honey Bubbles sparkling moscato AND s'more fixings! I guess I can't please everybody but I certainly try! :)

You were a delight to have as guests! Any home owner would be lucky to host you and your lovely family. Thank you and please come back soon, Caryn :)

You were a delight to host and I hope you come back soon! Gratefully, Caryn

Thank you for being wonderful guests! Anyone would be lucky to have you and your family as guests Lisa. Please come back soon :)

Shoot I wish I would have known you didn't see the beach path caddy corner 125 from our driveway! I thought you knew it was there, bummer! That being said yes the Lake is at very high levels this summer. Our little cove beach is almost nonexistent except when the waves are out of the East. Someone has put in "make shift" stairs with a rope to get to the beach. It helps to be agile. Come back soon and I'll show you our beach access very close!

Wenfei and her familyt are wonderful guests! Very respectful of our home and graciosly followed house rules. Any home owner would be lucky to have this family visit.

Thank you for being wonderful guests! Please come back soon!!
