For clarification, during our communication you acknowledged that not all of your family members staying overnight had been included on the reservation and agreed to pay the additional guest fee. Our home can accommodate up to 21 guests, but the number of overnight guests must be accurately reflected on the reservation. We simply ask that all guests follow the same house rules and accurately register everyone staying overnight. Regarding the comment about being watched, our guests are not continuously monitored. The property has disclosed exterior security cameras for safety and property protection and we respect our guests privacy. Regarding the eggshells mentioned in the review, we occasionally have peacocks around the property, including underneath the solar panels, which is where the shells came from. This was unrelated to the cleanliness of the home. We take great pride in our cleaning team and no cleanliness concerns were reported to us during this stay. Had anything been brought to our attention, we would have been happy to address it promptly. We appreciate that you took care of the home. For future reservations, we respectfully recommend accurately registering all overnight guests at the time of booking to avoid misunderstandings regarding occupancy or additional guest fees. Hey Kenneth, Thank you for your feedback and for bringing this to our attention. I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the internet outage during your stay. I do want to clarify that I never received your message at the time. After seeing your review, I followed up with VRBO and confirmed that the message did not come through on their system or mine, which unfortunately meant I didn’t have the chance to address it while you were there.
