The Space:

Step inside and be instantly impressed by soaring double-height ceilings, skylights, and the grand scale of this 25’ wide by 46’ deep home. The main level boasts 18’ ceilings and an expansive open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with exposed brick, a wood-burning fireplace, and a sunny terrace just off the kitchen — perfect for morning coffee. The windowed chef’s kitchen features top-of-the-line Viking and Bosch appliances.



The living room offers two large sofas and a Samsung Frame TV. On this level, the larger bedroom includes four twin beds (two twins with trundles), while the second bedroom features exposed brick, a queen sleeper sofa, and a desk — both with custom California Closets and adjacent to a marble bath with a tub/shower. A crib and high chair are available upon request.

The duplex is spread over the 3rd and 4th floors of the townhouse and has a private roof terrace plus a small terrace off of the kitchen. Additional storage available in the basement if needed (please inquire in advance if your stay).

Most convenient residential location (popularly known as BoCoCa, which is short for Boerum Hill / Cobble Hill/ Carroll Gardens) - on a tree-lined townhouse block w/ grocers, 'old school' butchers, boutiques, restaurants, bars just steps away on Smith Street, Court Street, and Atlantic Avenue. Near Brooklyn Bridge Park, Barclay Center. Also near Downtown Brooklyn, Park Slope, Gowanus, Fort Green, Brooklyn Heights and Dumbo. giving you access to all neighborhoods shops & subways w/in 5- 15 minutes walking.



Getting Around:

SUBWAY

Easily get to your destination in Manhattan downtown to Central park in 5-30 minutes once your are on the train! 15 minute train ride on the G to Willamsburg

- 1 block to the F / G Bergen St. Station (just 3 stops to Manhattan on the F, or to Williamsburg on the G)

- 5 minute walk to the A / C Hoyt Schermerhorn Station, (w/ express service into Manhattan)

*We also rent in consecutive months so usually won't book, for example, August until July is full.



*Season and term rates vary from $15,000-18,500 / month + AIRBNB fees+ local taxes +cleaning fee. Please inquire w/ your dates for a quote.



*This is a family friendly building! You may store stroller on ground level hallway daily. High chair, crib and bed rails available (must request when booking).



*This apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floors of a walk-up 3 family townhouse, so you must up 2 flights of stairs to get to the unit.



*There is a split A/C unit in the large open living area and window A/C units is each of the 3 bedrooms are put in for the month of April-November or by request.



*This home has 1 zone heating, meaning the entire 1700 sf apartment is set to the same heat temperature.



*Although this unit has undergone extensive renovations, the building is old (1910 built) so the unit and the building still has its quirks including creaky floors on parts of the 3rd floor and in the common hallways one zone heating, and window AC units in all of the bedrooms.



**This is a legal short-term housing unit and will be delivered to you completed ready for you with empty closets any zero clutter.



**Please note that we require cleaning every other week at guest cost of $275. Our cleaner does and excellent job and you will be very happy to have her. We are happy to add the cleaning cost to the booking or have you pay her directly via Zle or cash.
