Spanning 1,100 sq. ft., this thoughtfully designed home comfortably accommodates up to four guests. It features two well-appointed bedrooms—one with a king-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the second with a queen-sized bed and its own bathroom with a tub. For added convenience, there’s a powder room (half bath) on the main floor near the living area.
The living room includes a pull-out sofa bed, perfect for extra guests or families. You’ll also find brand-new bathrooms and a modern kitchen equipped with a four-seater dining table, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, knife set, and all the essentials you need to feel at home. A full-length mirror adds a practical and stylish touch.
Enjoy full access to the entire home, including a private, fenced backyard—ideal for relaxing or unwinding. Two reserved parking spaces are also included.
Located in a prime area, you’re just minutes away from top attractions like Topgolf, Main Event, Costco, Home Depot, and Lowe’s, plus a wide selection of dining and shopping options. Our home is/is not suitable for children under the age of 12 yrs.
Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are always fully responsible for their safety.

Close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.
Smoking:

Damages and Breakages:
Please report any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so that we can repair or replace them.

No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
