We are proud to present this upgraded one-bedroom apartment in Le Pont 3, situated within the beautifully landscaped community of Port De La Mer. Guests can enjoy an unforgettable stay in this Mediterranean-inspired setting, with La Mer Beach just steps away and a wide selection of waterfront restaurants and retail outlets to explore the perfect backdrop for a dream vacation. Downtown Dubai is a short drive away, while Dubai Marina and JBR Beach are easily accessible for further adventures.

As soon as you step into this upgraded one-bedroom apartment, you’re welcomed by a warm ambience and stylish furnishings. Stunning sea views from the balcony adds to its uniqueness, while the open-plan layout creates the perfect space for gathering with family or friends. Guests will also enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi at 250 Mbps and the luxury of private beach access.

The open-plan living and dining space features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, gas stove, coffee machine, and dishwasher. A round dining table comfortably seats four, and the living area is fitted with plush two seater sofa that can be converted to a sofa bed and a Smart TV for entertainment.

From here, step out onto the furnished balcony to take in the views. For convenience, a separate laundry cupboard is available with a washing machine and cleaning equipment.

The elegant bedroom features a king-sized bed for up to two guests, complemented by a Smart TV for added comfort. A separate full bathroom with a walk-in shower is stocked with hotel-grade towels, essentials, and a complimentary starter pack of toiletries.

During their stay, guests can enjoy premium on-site amenities, including a state-of-the-art gymnasium, swimming pool, kids’ play area, and direct private beach access.
