Yes after my 15 years experienced i choose to buy land in this area because of nice views and open area. You can see beautiful snow mountain if the weather is clear. also possible to see International airport and city view as well. This place is quiet okay not so far from City center. We are 2.5 km far from world unesco heritage site Patan Durbar Square and 6 km far from Our only one International Airport. and very easy to get local transport like tuk tuk bus micro bus as well.
