Gorgeous kitchen with updated stainless steel appliances and all the cooking equipment you'll need to cook big or small meals. Cozy up in the media room and play some games or watch a movie. Directv, Netflix, and Hulu are all included as well as high-speed internet. Walking and bicycle paths are close, as well as, miles and miles of hiking and off-road biking trails. Just a few minutes from the world's longest Tramway that will will take you to the peak of the Sandia Mountain range. Enjoy the awesome backyard with a cookout and enjoy some of the best sunsets you will ever see!

Wonderful experience!

We stayed with family for our son’s New Mexico wedding. It was a beautiful property! The master bedroom was especially nice and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few delicious meals. We can’t wait to visit again!

Family gathering

Our family came to Albuquerque from Virginia, Kentucky and Texas to attend a relative’s celebration of the life. This property was spacious enough for all of us to stay together comfortably. The home was a beautiful retreat overlooking the city and valley.

Majestic and Comfortable

The best house we have ever rented. Easy access and wonderful convenience with stocked items to get going. Close to I-40 and Smith grocery. Nice upstairs TV room and lounge. Shane is easy to work with and shifted our days by one to accommodate flights. Family had a great time, Nice to have some NM food.

Perfect fit for multiple families

This house was a perfect fit for five separate families. We were all able to be together and each have a bit of privacy.Amazing views of the city at from two separate balconies.Over-sized loft area was perfect for all of us to gather and socialize.Quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking.Highly recommend for a large party of people - we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

This property is beautiful and well maintained. Our stay was just a couple of days, we came for a graduation. We are trying to schedule a family trip in September and as soon as we can arrange the dates I will be booking this beautiful home again. Once again it is a stunning property the amenities were great!

A great place for a small family gathering

This is a beautiful property “20 minutes” from everywhere in Albuquerque. Shane -the host-is excellent and responds immediately when contacted. The space is excellent and we found the house to be very clean. Not sure what others have been talking about. Perfect for the family outing we had in Albuquerque.

PERFECTION

What a delight to actually find a place that was gorgeous, but extremely HOMEY. Had a hiccup with the code, but we also checked in early so that was expected. Shane is a delightful HOST and I look forward to doing this again.

Be Mindful

The owner blamed the code issues on Vrbo. Door was open I arrived @ night so had to check closets , under bed etc to insure my safety. He blamed that on painters . There are ants and found a dead bug in the kitchen . Some of the blinds are tattered so they don’t close completely . Some of the closets are I guess junk areas total mess. The owner stated he had 3 properties so experience/money don’t seem to be issues so I chalk it up to just not caring about basic neatness/cleanliness etc … master tub jets don’t work , second bathroom tub faucet hanging off. The mini fridge in the entertainment room is a health hazard. There is plenty of space and the only positive for the entire place is the city view and the sunsets !

I'm so sorry you weren't happy with your stay. I did many things to try to accommodate this guest, but you can't make everyone happy and some people are impossible. Please look at my other reviews and see why my place and I are amazing in both experience and comfort. Thank you

Great Getaway for Our Family

We loved the location and layout of the house for a small family get together. Having several gathering spaces in the house made it possible to be together and never feel cramped. The house was exactly what we expected based on the pictures and we all enjoyed the beautiful views.

Family Fun after Christmas

We were a unique group of 3 families with 5 adults and 5 children (6 months to 6 years old). The house was wonderful as we all had our space, naps were sound proofed and the media room was perfect for quiet time for the kids and to play with games and toys (most of which we provided but there was things for older children to read and play with). We cooked some meals in the wonderful kitchen, take out places were near by and had our groceries delivered. Everything was so pleasant and made the stay comfortable for everyone from 6 months to 80 years old. The accommodations were very comfortable. Everything trouble free and easy-easy. Thank you! Shane

Great Property Just Dirty and Aging

We had such hopes for this home with its size, location, and description. The Good: 1) Nice location close to the mountains. 2) Responsive Manager. 3) Great Layout with Guest Bedroom down plus three more bedrooms up. 4) Awesome master upstairs with a great master bath and patio overlooking the city. 5) Master bed in secondary bedroom upstairs (came in very handy as you will see below). The Not So Good: 1) Home was just not as clean as we would expect. It was dusty, some urine still on the floor in front of the master toilet, and other small items. We washed all of the dishes just in case. 2) Home aging with need for attention. The carpet is getting worn and does not present as clean. Master bath has lights out or completely missing. Master bed has a very soft mattress (might be intentional), but we had to trade bedrooms with our two smallest kids in order to sleep and be able to get out of bed in the morning. 3) Mismatch of random towels and dishes seemingly piecemealed together over time from left over items. Overall, while we would stay again if needed, but it would not be our first choice due to cost and condition. Very nice owner, but he did not even comment on my mention to him that the cleaners need to do a better job. I am sure the previous traveler paid the cleaning fee like we did so should not be too much to expect from your cleaning crew.

Great place with a amazing view

This was a very nice house in a great location. It had amazing views of Albuquerque. We enjoyed hiking in the trails a few blocks from the house. Also the beds were very comfortable.

Great house

The house suited our needs perfectly and had everything we needed for our stay. Check in was super easy. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The location is convenient to the interstate and the airport and the neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors very friendly. The view was amazing from the balcony and Shane was a great host checking in on us throughout the week.

Great for family

This house was great for our family of seven and our dog. The house had plenty of room for everyone and the yard made it so easy to take our dog out. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but you are only a minute from the main roads so access is easy. The view from the upstairs balcony of the city and the sunset are fantastic!

Enjoyed our stay

The home is located in a nice neighborhood in the foothills. It was a large spacious home for a group of 9 adults. We enjoyed meals outside on the small patio. The upstairs family room was conducive for our meetings with bright with natural light. We had access to the garage, which made it easy for load-in and load-out. Also, we needed the garage to park the additional vehicles. The owner was friendly and quick to respond to any questions or requests. As long as our groups remains small we will rebook the home in the future.

Great Communication, tons of space

This property is good for a family or group because it sleep so many adults and has a large kitchen and barbecue for cooking. The main attraction for the teens was the media room upstairs with cozy reclining seating. Shane is very easy to reach and is helpful when anything goes wrong.

Lots of space

Shane quickly responded to our questions and check in was a breeze. There was plenty of room for our large group and we really enjoyed the location. This house is the perfect place for photos and we felt safe and happy. There is quick access to the freeway and only 20 minutes to the airport from here. We enjoyed the back patio under the covered porch in the morning sunshine. Excellent place, super comfortable beds! I highly recommend this beautiful spot to anyone wanting to enjoy a special getaway in Albuquerque!

I am a native of Albuquerque and love NM! The climate is perfect with 4 distinct seasons, the city is vibrant, and the mountains are calming.
I love the diversity here. The people are very kind and warm. Santa Fe is 45 minutes away with its own unique cultural, and artistic flair. But Albuquerque is the metropolitan hub of the state. You will love the shopping with upscale Uptown shopping center 10 minutes away, the many local farmers markets (try the Historic Railyards on the weekends), Albuquerque hosts the international balloon fiesta every fall.
So many Amazing restaurants, and patios, and microbreweries pair with our mild climate!
I would love to share my home and our beautiful city with you and your family!

This is a custom newer built home in a quiet and mature neighborhood. The open floor plan gives you 2 levels to spread out and relax. The backyard is comfortable and has amazing views of the entire city.

It is located close to everything, but tucked up at the foot of the mountain, so it really feels like you aren't in a bustling city.

A 2 car garage is yours to use, and everything in the house is available to you during your stay. My cleaning company is very thorough and you will love the nice touches all around the house, as well as, plenty of games to play, book and magazines to read and all the amenities you would expect for a house of this caliber!
