MAIN LEVEL:
Wake up rested and rejuvenated in a comfortable Master King bedroom with en suite, furnished with top-quality mattresses and beddings for your homely stay.
A fully stocked kitchen, with a dining table that seats 10 comfortably + barstool seating for 4 at the kitchen island.

A comfy living area with Queen sleeper sofa and half bath right off the living room.

A full laundry room with brand new stackable units.

A beautiful deck that includes a propane grill and pizza oven!!

TOP LEVEL:
Two private bedrooms offer luxury king beds for deep slumbers, both equipped with TVs and en suites.

A loft area with a Queen futon, TV and privacy curtains.

LOWER LEVEL:
Here you will be greeted with a game room including lots of entertainment options, a cozy Queen sofa bed, a large 75" TV, and a full bathroom.

Just to the left, you will enter the indoor heated pool room for endless fun! These doors require a code at every entry to ensure the safety of everyone.

OUTDOOR FACILITIES:
Soothe your mind in your own private hot tub, a cozy living area including outdoor TV, and a spacious firepit area.

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE:
- Pool Maintenance will come every Friday afternoon, no exceptions, to ensure a safe bathing environment. (Only 20 min)
- Max occupancy is 12 per fire code. Exceeding this will result in a fine from local authorities and host of $300.
- Non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged a $350 fee. Plus an increased cleaning fee. And responsible for any damages.
- USE THE POOL and HOT TUB AT YOUR OWN RISK! The Host is not responsible for any injuries of use of swimming pool OR hot tub.
- No late checkout or early check in (cleaners need ample time to ensure a proper turnover). Fine of $100 will commence for failure to vacate on time starting after 1030.
- Absolutely no pets. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.
- Please clean grill after use or $75 fee will be assessed.
- No fires or open flames in undesignated areas including candles. The use of a candle or flame will result in a a $150 fine.
- No parties allowed as per guidelines.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/others that are beyond our control.
- WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE!
- The moonlight family will be available during normal business hours. If contacting after hours we will kindly return your call the next day.
