With the split floorplan, the primary bedroom is situated on one side of the house away from the other 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms fully stocked with supplies for our guests. All bedrooms have their own Smart TV so you can retreat to your own space to watch your favorite shows.

Full laundry room available for guests, with laundry tabs, dryer sheets and more provided.

Guests are welcome to park in the 2-car garage during their stay using keypad access. The driveway will accommodate up to another 4 vehicles.

There is a Guest Handbook provided for guests inside the house with lots of helpful information including recommendations for favorite local attractions and restaurants in the area. Your host is a local resident with full knowledge of the property, the local area, and is readily available during your stay to address questions in a timely manner.

Fine print:
*Pool Heat* The pool can be heated for an additional charge of $100 per day for the duration of your stay. That cost just covers the extra utilities required to heat this large pool. The heat fee is charged separately after your booking is secured. Heating the pool water is generally needed between October and April to provide comfortable swimming temperatures. Pool heat needs to be requested at least 3-days prior to arrival and is then heated between 85-88 degrees.
There is no extra charge for heating the hot tub; that is included with your stay.

No check-in's or check-out's allowed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day.

No unauthorized early check-ins.
No bag drops prior to check in.
Unauthorized late check outs will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour.
Guests cannot receive mail / packages here through the US postal service.

Video disclosure: There are 2 video surveillance cameras on the property for the security of our guests. This is by no way an intrusion on our guests, but rather an extra level of protection and security for protection. One camera is located on the front corner of the house, and the other overlooks the driveway. All look out over public places only.

If the cleaning of the house after a guest checks out takes more than 5-hours, the guest will be charged accordingly for the excess.

We have a strict no smoking, no vaping, no illegal drugs policy at the property. This includes both inside and outside on the property. This is a Zero-Tolerance policy
