We do want to clarify that the home is designed to be inclusive and comfortable for a wide range of guests. It includes accessibility features such as a ramped entry and grab bars in the bathrooms so that guests of all abilities can enjoy their stay. We also operate a small senior care home next door, which may be where you noticed additional items such as equipment or supplies. We’re mindful of how that presents and are continuing to ensure those elements remain organized and out of view for our vacation guests. Hi! Thank you for your feedback—we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad you found the home spacious and enjoyed the fresh updates. We do want to address a few of your concerns, as they’re important to us and to future guests. The home is professionally cleaned between each stay, and as a newer property, moisture-related issues are not typical. That said, we take any comment about odor seriously and will be doing an additional review with our cleaning team to ensure everything is meeting our standards. Regarding the outdoor area, the property does sit among beautiful mature trees, which can occasionally result in natural debris—especially during windy periods. The yard is maintained and cleaned between guests, and in response to your feedback, we are also adding new cushions to the outdoor furniture to further enhance comfort and presentation. You may have noticed our neighboring property, which is a small senior care home we operate. There is a storage shed on-site, and we identified that a wheelchair had been left outside during your stay—this has since been addressed and stored properly. We also appreciate your note about signage. We’ve now installed clear and visible address numbers on the gate to make arrival much easier for future guests. Lastly, we always encourage guests to reach out during their stay if anything feels off—we’re very responsive and would have welcomed the opportunity to address these items for you in real time.
