Each of our four bedrooms have a unique theme, showcasing our favorite places and events that we love sharing with our guests:

The Utah room - We were born and raised in Kentucky, but now live in the beautiful state of Utah. This is our second home, where we visit our children and grandchildren as often as we can. We’ve nicknamed our place “Angels Landing”, inspired by both Utah and whiskey! Angels Landing is one the most spectacular (and scary!) hikes in North America, located in Zion National Park, Utah. The nickname also has ties to “The Angel's Share”, which is the whiskey lost to evaporation during the aging process. Medieval Irish and Scotts believed the whiskey that disappeared into the air was meant as an offering for the angels.

"The Red" room - A tribute to the Red River Gorge, located two hours east of Bardstown. This is Kentucky's best kept secret, a beautiful area with gorgeous landscapes and hundreds of rock arches. In fact, Kentucky has the second most rock arches in the United States, second to Utah.

The Equestrian room - What is Kentucky without horses, The Derby and Keeneland? This room showcases these elegant, regal animals, which bring us so much joy and excitement every year during horse racing season.

The Angels Room - A heavenly hideaway, perfect for rest and relaxation. Enjoy your favorite book at the cozy library nook, take a nap, or even experience an immersive lighting experience, where you can look up into the sky, surrounded by celestial clouds and stars. The Angels Room is inspired by the “Angel’s Share”, which is the whiskey lost to evaporation during the aging process. The whiskey that evaporates into the air and perfumes the storehouse was once dubbed the angel's share in medieval Ireland and Scotland. They believed the whiskey that disappeared into the air was meant as an offering for the angels.
