Hospitable cottage newly built by local lady, for rent for a very convenient price, right in the very prestigious vicinity of Cotton Bay area and Cotton Bay beach.
just finished having it built it in 2003. It is a solid reinforced concrete construction. Cosy and very practical. I am very proud of it.
It is located in a newly developed subdivision of the small town of Wemyss Bight, but it is much closer to the Cotton Bay area. So far, in the subdivision, only a few other houses is finished and the few neighbours are very nice, and friendly.
The yard is very large and there are several tropical trees in it that already bear fruits. Guests are free to enjoy. There is a gardener that keeps and does a great job. Also in the yard, you can find a barbecue pit where to grill all the nice catch of the day. If it is dark outside, there is a drop cord with a light inside the console, by the house entrance.
In the house there are two bedrooms. One with a king size bed and the other with a queen size. There are two bathrooms with tub and showers. Towels and bed wear are to be found in the closet.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a large living room and dining room area. Please take notice that there is no TV. The nice home is situated in a strategic area for all of the daily excursions in South Eleuthera as it is near the Ocean Hole park in Rock Sound, The Island School, the Light House Beach, Cape Eleuthera, Davis Harbour Marina, White Land Beach and many more. Excellent area for fishing. The best spots will be revealed to all the beloved guests.
