Welcome to Mystic Mesa, a `25 newly built modern home in the heart of West Sedona. This 3,315 sq ft property was designed for comfort, connection, and easy enjoyment of the surrounding red rock landscape. Whether you’re relaxing by the fireplace, cooling off in the pool, or enjoying dinner on the patio, every part of the home invites you to slow down and take in the views. Start your mornings with coffee outdoors, spend the afternoon by the heated pool, and unwind at night by the fire pit or hot tub.

Step into a bright, open living area where Sedona’s landscape feels like part of the design. Large windows flood the room with sunlight, framing striking red rock views from multiple angles. The great room centers around a modern gas fireplace and plush circular sofas — the perfect spot for movie nights on the 65” HDTV with streaming access (Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, Fire TV).

The chef’s kitchen combines sleek design and functionality with a professional-grade gas range, double ovens, and ample counter space. Guests can choose between drip, Keurig, or espresso coffee makers, and enjoy meals together at the spacious dining table framed by soft desert light.

Through wide sliding doors, the indoor space flows seamlessly into the outdoor living area — a private retreat designed for both relaxation and connection. The heated pool invites you in for a swim surrounded by red rock scenery, while the hot tub offers a quiet spot to unwind as the sky turns gold at sunset. Evenings gather naturally around the fire pit lounge, and the outdoor dining area with BBQ grill makes entertaining effortless. You’ll also find sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a fully fenced backyard for added privacy.

Pool can be heated year around with $100/day fee. (3 Night minimum and 24-hour notice before check-in required) The spa is heated for no additional fee.

Guests will have access to the entire property except for the locked garage and our cleaners storage closet.

PLEASE NOTE: There is ongoing construction on a neighboring lot, typically Monday through Friday from approximately 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Weekend work is unlikely, though some daytime noise may occur.

These dates are offered at a discounted rate in consideration of the construction.

We are not located on site but are available as needed.

This home is located in West Sedona, a quiet residential area in the heart of Sedona. This area has everything you will need during your stay including grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, hiking, art galleries, and more!

Car is recommended for traveling in Sedona.

This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.

Absolutely no smoking inside. Smoking will result in a minimum fee of $1500 for deodorization.
