The Space:
Welcome to Bagatelle! This beautiful Corolla retreat is designed for family relaxation and fun, featuring bright coastal decor, spacious bedrooms, and plenty of indoor and outdoor amenities. With a private heated pool ($75/day or $500/week), hot tub, and short walk to the beach, it’s the perfect Outer Banks getaway. This property is pet friendly, allowing up to two dogs of 50 pounds or less.
The top level offers an inviting open-concept living area filled with natural light and comfortable seating. Relax with a movie on the Smart TV with a Sonos sound system or step onto the deck to enjoy peaceful lake and small ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen features GE stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. The dining area provides ample seating for family meals, while the breakfast bar is great for quick bites. This level also includes a king primary bedroom with a private ensuite bath for added comfort.
On the mid level, you’ll find plenty of space for everyone to spread out. This floor includes two king primary bedrooms, each with ensuite baths, a queen bedroom, and a twin bedroom with two beds, ideal for kids or teens. Every bedroom features a flat-screen Smart TV. Step outside to the deck and enjoy a drink at the outdoor seating area overlooking the neighborhood and the lake.
The lower level is made for fun and connection. Relax in the den while listening to music on the Sonos sound system or watch a movie on the Smart TV with immersive surround sound. A mini fridge keeps snacks and drinks handy, and the bunk (with 2 twin beds and 2 doubles) provides extra sleeping space for larger groups or kids. This level also features a double dog crate for your pups to relax while you're at the beach or out enjoying Corolla's activities.
Outside, enjoy the private heated pool (24’x10’, 3’–5’ deep) or Balboa hot tub (4-6 person) surrounded by lounge seating, a propane grill, and an outdoor dining area perfect for summer evenings. Rinse off after a beach day in the outdoor shower and take in the beautiful lake views. Private pool open April 1st-November 1st) 2025 (weather permitting) with option to heat ($75/day or $500/week)

Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and sound side. This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.

Other Things to Note:
Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.
The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.
High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability.
