This is a guard-gated resort. At the gate, guests MUST provide:

• Valid photo ID matching the booking guest

• Unit number (provided before arrival)

Located in a gated resort community in Myrtle Beach, this condo offers a full resort experience while remaining close to seafood dining, golf courses, shopping, family attractions, and iconic coastal experiences—ideal for guests who want amenities on site with easy access to the Grand Strand.



Other Things to Note:

• Condo is privately owned and managed off-site

• Resort staff cannot assist with reservations or unit access

• Monthly preventative pest control may occur

• Horry County beach rules apply (umbrella/tent size limits, hours, no glass, no fires)



Interaction with Guests:

Check-in: 5:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM



• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested 24 hours in advance (not guaranteed)

• 1st-floor accommodation with elevator, stairs, and ramp access

• Keypad electronic lock for 24/7 condo access



Parking

• Up to 2 parking passes MUST be purchased at the Myrtle Beach Resort guard gate at time of Check In for entry (per resort policy)

• Passes must remain visible at all times

• Parking is first-come, first-served during peak periods
