Finca Musica is a lovingly restored estate that is over 200 years old, arranged around an idyllic, flower-filled courtyard. The extensive renovation combines the property’s original charm with modern comforts—ideal for nature lovers seeking something special. The living areas and bedrooms are harmoniously arranged around the courtyard. One bedroom is located in a separate cottage with its own bathroom—from the bed, you can see the sea.
At the front of the courtyard lies the spacious kitchen with a view of the vineyards. Handcrafted, colorful floor tiles and high-quality appliances (dishwasher, oven, gas stove with automatic ignition) leave nothing to be desired. For cooking enthusiasts, there’s also an electric juicer, hand mixer, immersion blender, and sharp knives, as well as baking and casserole dishes. A wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth.
Two steps lead up to the light-filled living area with a view of the sun terrace and the sea. An open fireplace, comfortable seating, an extensive CD collection, a stereo system, and satellite TV invite you to relax and unwind. Dry firewood is provided.
For those who need to work even while on vacation, the adjacent study—overlooking the courtyard and garden—offers peace and quiet for focused work. Wi-Fi with a speed of at least 35 Mbit/s enables video conferencing and unlimited data downloads.
The house features 2 cozy bedrooms with double beds and comfortable mattresses. Measuring 1.80 x 2.00 meters and 2.00 x 2.00 meters, respectively, they offer plenty of space for 4 people. There are two bathrooms. One features a view of the mountains and stands out for its spaciousness and color scheme. Handcrafted floor tiles and glass mosaics around the mirror and in the shower give the bathroom a special touch. While showering, you can enjoy a beautiful view of La Palma’s mountain landscape. A washing machine is discreetly hidden in a built-in cabinet.
Several terraces, most of which are secluded, feature lounge chairs, wooden tables, and benches, creating a cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the sunset over the ocean with a glass of wine—right from your favorite spot in the garden.

Several fantastic hikes begin right from the house, whether to the new volcano with spectacular views toward the crater, to the Colladas de San Juan (old lava flows from the 1949 eruption), or to the summit of Tajuya with views over the western part of the island. By car, you can reach Los Llanos or Tazacorte in about 15 minutes; the drive to Tijarafe takes about 35–40 minutes. Fuencalliente is about 15 minutes away, and Santa Cruz is about 35–40 minutes away.

Las Manchas is a village situated on the sunny western side, surrounded by vineyards. The view of the Atlantic Ocean is always present, and in the evenings, you can watch the sun set over the sea. The village is located at an elevation of about 550 meters, so it can get a bit chilly outside in the evenings during the winter. However, the wood-burning stove and open fireplace quickly radiate cozy warmth, and firewood is provided.
Electricity is generated by the property’s own solar power system.
