beautiful and quiet place

This unit is just as described in the listing. The pictures are accurate. It is not walkable to the beach, which is a 5 minutes drive away. The unit is surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers. We enjoyed the quietness of the sub division. The kitchen is better stocked than my own kitchen! We really had everything we needed for a few meals we cooked. Grocery stores and farmers markets are also a short drive away, very convenient. Living room and two bedrooms have their own TV, that was very nice! The master bedroom's bed is very high. We needed a step stool (provided in the closet) to get in bed. :) The bathrooms and showers are great, no issues. We really enjoy the stay at this nice unit. Thank you.

Paradise condo in Wailea!

Ocean Views.... gorgeous sunsets as you get to the rental like about a half a block away you get quite the view. A really nice pool surrounded and secluded by trees right outside your door and I believe it was heated. We basically had the place to ourselves except for one other couple with a small child. We had six adults on and off at different times during our stay. The shops at Wailea offer basically anything you could want from fine dining to ice cream and beer. They had live entertainment as well. Plenty to do around here and really quiet at the condo it was super nice. Except for of course the birds but who can control them LOL. They just added to the ambience of it all! The Stice team was beyond belief quick to respond to any questions and wonderful to work with. I hope I get the opportunity to rent from them in the future! Thanks again

Great Stay

This condo is at the back of the condo complex and is very quiet and tranquil. Very close to one of the pools. We had 3 condos (building 5,12 and this one at 16) this trip and is the furthest from the beach. But we had a car so no issue for us and prefer the quiet location. This was the spot we all gathered at the most :). We loved having the island market so close by for last minute needs. Condo was clean and exactly as pictured. Decor is lovely. Responsive management company! Highly recommend.

Great rental

Having stayed in this area and even this complex previously, we knew it would be a great location! The condo was very spacious and clean! Easy check in and out process. Great communication from the Stice Team! Would love to stay again!

Great time, great property

This property was top notch. From the welcoming note with chocolate covered macadamia nuts to their communication with us, the managers of the unit were friendly, hospitable, and professional. The unit is comfortable and well stocked. I gave all 5 stars except for location (4 stars) - there is just a slim ocean view down a ravine across the golf course, and the beach is not easily walkable (although the walk to the Monkey Pod, Pita Paradise, and the new sushi restaurant in the Wailea Gateway village is very easy and short), but there was no misrepresentation here - we knew it where it was and we were very happy. If you want a more private location than many other local condos, this is the place for you.

Updated clean condo

Nice quiet location, clean and great communication with the property managers. Loved sitting on the lanai in the morning watching the birds. Air conditioning is new and efficient, but we only used periodically as the condo stays nice and cool due to the location facing the tropical bushes. You can see the ocean as well. Would most definitely stay here again!

Nice Clean Good location Great Price

Nice property. Clean and a great location. Nice ocean view with great sunsets. Had OK communication but I would prefer a call. All communications were texts and emails. We never talked to anyone. We had a hard time finding the unit. We had to drive around and ask people on the street where the unit was. That is the only issue we had. Would stay here again (now that we know where the unit is).

This property has it all!

All the details and thought that went into this property made it my absolute favorite! From the inviting decor, to the private patio view.. we can't wait to return! The beach gear and towels were a nice addition, as well as all of the kitchen supplies. A close walk to the pool, which is surrounded by beautiful flowering trees and bushes, was another great plus. Updated and extremely clean! Communication with our hosts was wonderful. We can't wait to return!

Delighted

The property rental team was very helpful and communicating with them was easy. The unit itself was clean and had everything you need for a relaxing stay. Kitchen was well equipped and the beach supplies were provided. It is in walking distance to some yummy restaurants and a short drive to beautiful beaches. I will definitely stay again on future trips if the unit is available.

Maui Get Away

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Everything was clean and well stocked w everything you need. It is beautifully decorated and well maintained. We enjoyed using the public beach close to the Fairmont Kei Lani that has ample parking and easy access to beach. We’d definitely stay again

Very clean, very well stocked (Beach chairs, beach towels and beach unbrella). Wonderful view of the ochean. Second bedroom could upgrade their beds and pillows. Also, being on the first floor and having noisy neighbors upstairs, we could hear early and late walking around through the floor.

Loved our stay

My family of 5 loved this condo! It’s beautifully done and in a quiet area of Wailea. The condo itself was clean and provided everything we needed for home and beach. The management company was stellar. They made check-in and check-out so easy and answered any questions we had quickly. We travel a lot and this is one of the best we’ve stayed in.
