We Host is a professional property management company based in Newfoundland! We typically answer messages between 10:30AM and 9:30PM Newfoundland time. However, we are available 24/7 by text/phone (after 10pm urgent calls only, please)! You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members. You can contact us via your booking channel or email for non-urgent matters, as well as replying to the welcome text message you received upon confirmation.

Upon booking, we will ask you to fill out our Pre-Arrival Form and review and agree to our rental conditions.

We make it easy to find and book properties you'll never want to leave. You can relax knowing that we are here for you and that your vacation rental will always be nothing less than wonderful!

You'll receive your check-in instructions on the day before of your check-in at 12PM. We are pleased to provide WiFi access for our guests.

Parking: Please avoid using the parking lot to the right of the house, as we've received complaints from the new building owner. Instead, you're welcome to use the small driveway on the left side of the house (when facing it), or the available parking space across the street.

Check-in time is at 4 pm, allowing you to start your coastal retreat in the afternoon. When it's time to bid farewell, check-out is at 11 am, ensuring you have a leisurely morning before departure.

Driving Directions:
The driving directions will be sent out three days before your arrival. These directions will help ensure a smooth and hassle-free journey to the venue. If you have any specific transportation-related questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team.

Please note that only registered guests are allowed on the property, unless explicitly approved by the owner or host in advance. Guests are kindly requested to contact the host or owner for approval prior to inviting any additional guests. We prioritize the safety and comfort of our guests, and unauthorized guests are not permitted. Furthermore, in order to maintain a peaceful environment, we strictly prohibit parties or large gatherings on the property unless specifically approved by the host.
