Just steps from the complimentary shuttle to Deer Valley Resort and a short drive to Park City Mountain Resort and The Canyons, you’ll enjoy easy access to world-class skiing and stunning mountain scenery.



The Space:

This mountain contemporary 4 Bedroom 2,000 square foot townhome in lower Deer Valley is less than a mile from the slopes, with beautiful lake and ski-slope views, shuttle access all over town and private serene beauty. Our home is located just steps from complimentary slope side shuttle service to Deer Valley Resort, making your trip to the resort quick and convenient. In addition to being adjacent to Deer Valley Resort, our property also provides easy access to Park City Mountain Resort (5-7 minutes) and The Canyons (10-15 minutes). Few locations offer this much world class skiing within 15 minutes of your front door.



Walk into the home on the main level to open living space, contemporary furnishings and lighting, gourmet kitchen with wine fridge and plenty of room for entertaining. A recent renovation has added high end features including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, upgraded bathrooms (master with heated floor), air conditioning, garage heater, ski storage area in garage, and other fine touches to make your experience all the more enjoyable. Boot and glove dryers and efficient washer/dryer will make your next day of skiing comfortable for all. A soak in your private hot tub will have your muscles ready as well.



The first floor offers a great room with HDTV, cozy gas fireplace, an upgraded kitchen, formal dining for 6 and a casual breakfast bar for 4. The main level also includes a queen bedroom with adjacent bath, mudroom and incredible walk out patio space with hot tub and ideal views of lake, open space and mountain scenery. Even an occasional moose!



Stroll upstairs to the second living space with queen sleeper sofa, flat screen HDTV, and additional 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom with king bed and beautiful en suite bath, a queen bedroom also with spacious en suite bath and a bunk room with four bunks, adjoining bathroom, and ample play space for the children.



The home boasts a great layout for a single family, or a group up to 12. Garage parking available for 2 vehicles.

Super comfy house

Loved everything of the house. It has all you need, from good beds, spaces, appliances, to a awesome hot tub. Neighborhood is really nice, love Deer Valley area.

Mostly good

We were pleased with the interior of the property. Everything was clean and well supplied and it was very comfortable for our family. My only reservation is that the property had essentially no parking. We were not warned in advance and the property manager did not help to create space for even 1 vehicle in the garage. With better communication and accommodation on that front I could give this property a 5-star rating.

Fantastic Stay!

Everything about our stay was amazing! The house perfectly fit our family needs. We loved the location, the hot tub, the lake, the neighbors, the neighborhood, etc. The lake brought so much wildlife that we got to see like deer, moose, a beaver, ducks, turkeys, and an owl. The lake also had a sidewalk that was nice to take a little walk.Overall everything was perfect. The owners were also great and very responsive! We would definitely stay again!

Another great visit

We’ve stayed at this property several times now and it never disappoints! The hosts are fantastic and very responsive! The location is perfect for skiing either Deer Valley or Park City.

Week-long ski trip with family and friends

What an incredible week we had at this great property. It’s exactly as advertised in the pictures and description. We went with 2 families - each with 2 kids ages 9 and 12 and everyone had a blast. The kids stayed in the room with 2 bunk beds and loved it. We all enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace and felt really comfortable throughout the house. Couldn’t be easier getting to the mountain - a 4 minute shuttle ride: And getting to downtown was a free bus or quick Uber. Top it all off with a generous and super-responsive host and we had a tremendous week!

Wonderful Deer Valley Home

Our small group was looking for a comfortable, spacious home during our visit to the Sundance film festival. This beautiful home was incredibly comfortable, ideally situated close to Park City. It’s also a relatively short walk to the ski slopes. Our host was very quick to respond to messages and to share important information. We would absolutely recommend this home!

Great Time At Deer Valley

Had a great time at Deer Valley. The condo is nice and close to the ski resort and has some very nice views of the mountains and pond next to it. Could see some of the ski runs from the back patio. Weather was sunny and warm for December... Could have used a little more snow but had a great time and the condo offers all the amenities you can ask for. Hot Tub was great! Will definitely look up this condo again for next year Thanks

Beautiful Townhome in a Great Location for Deer Valley Skiing

The property was spacious and clean with plenty of room for our two families to share. The bunk room in particular was much larger than it looked in pictures and it was nice to have so many bathrooms. The proximity to Deer Valley resort was great especially for drop off and pick up from ski school. And we were all happy to have plenty of hot water for showers at the end of the day. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect spot for a family vacation

We celebrated a Friendsgiving here, and it was perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kids had ton of fun. The communication was on-point and we just felt like home Thanks Barb!

Welcoming!

The home was PERFECT in every way - location, room sizes, well equipped kitchen, hot tub and the view. Momma and baby moose swam across the pond one morning and came right upon to out patio. What a treat that was. Communication was easy and the management company was responsive when we had a question about the fireplace. Would definitely return.

A Great Stay!

After a stutter start with property manager communications the stay went smoothly. Barb, the owner, was very responsive and concerned that we had a good experience. The condo is quiet and spacious and in an uncrowded, woodsy location in Lower Deer Valley, right next to a small lake. Even woke up one morning to see a moose right outside the back door nibbling on a tree branch. The owners use their condo, also, and so it had plenty of everything you might need. Very homey, very comfortable, a stress free experience. I would suggest that the carpets need cleaning, particularly the stairway. Will call Barb again when we come back!

Fantastic location! Exceptional stay!

This townhome is centrally located for all your Park City and Deer Valley adventures! The house was very well stocked with our basic kitchen needs and we loved the hot tub! The only downfall was the skylight in the guest bedroom. No one wants to wake up that early on vacation! Overall the place was fantastic and we plan on returning!

Great lower DV Location

Absolutely beautiful views of the lake and mountains as well as great outdoor patio & hot tub. Townhome was spacious, well stocked and appointed to make it such a comfortable visit. Great location for easy access to Main Street as well as resorts using transit, car or DV shuttle. Hiking and biking trails are just a few steps away.

Grad Celebration - Beautiful Home

What a peaceful and serene weekend in Deer Valley Resort! We loved our five night stay at the property. We had everything we needed - plentiful supplies in the kitchen, comfy beds in all the bedrooms, and space to enjoy the family time with our UofU graduate, our younger son, my husband and I, and our mothers. My MIL, who uses a walker, was able to get around the property easy, with a maximum of three stair steps to travel up/down. Communication with our host was easy. The hot tub was absolutely perfect and so relaxing with its beautiful view of the large pond. We didn't use the BBQ but did notice a spare propane tank off to the side of the hot tub. The view of the mountains from the living/dining room as well as the patio/hot tub area was stellar. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfect place for a family ski vacation

Could not ask for a better location for the price. Free Shuttle service to the slopes and town was so convenient. House had everything we needed for kids. Hot tub looked new and works great.

3rd consecutive year to rent this property

This is our 3rd time to stay at this property- Our family loves it! It’s in great proximity to both Deer Valley and downtown Park City. It’s an end unit on a cute little lake. We also love that it’s a part of Deer Valley community which offers free shuttle service to/from the ski resort. Owners are fantastic to work with and very responsive!

sensational snow

The location is perfect for a ski vacation in Deer Valley. The private shuttle to the mountain makes life easy. The hot tub is the best way to end a day on the mountain. The condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Boot and glove dryers were appreciated. Condo management were easy to get a hold of and checkin/out was simple.

Great condo and location!

This property was absolutely perfect for our young family and grandparents. The condo could not be a better location. 3 min. to the base of Deer Valley and 5 min. to downtown Park City. The interior was a great layout and the property was well furnished with everything we could have possibly needed. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Deer Valley!

Skiing and Sun Dance

Great condo lot's of room. Big bedrooms and a great kitchen and family room. Great location with free Deer Valley shuttle service. Would highly recommend this rental.

Best Ski House Ever!

My husband, myself and our two adult sons had a fantastic week! This was by far the most convenient and well laid out ski house we’ve ever rented. The shuttle to Snow Park Lodge was great. We never waited longer than 5 minutes after we called for them, and it was easy to catch a bus to downtown from Snow Park. We didn’t have a car and didn’t need one. The kitchen was very well-appointed. It had everything we needed and then some! The hot tub was perfect. The gas fireplace was awesome! No messing with wood or ashes. Just push a button on the remote and dial up the height of the flame to your liking! Barb was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back!

Great location in DV!

We really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. It was our first time at Deer Valley and not being in a ski in/ski out property made us a bit nervous. The shuttle to Snow Basin lodge picked up right outside our driveway. It was called using the Deer valley ap and was always there within 10 minutes. It was just a quick 5-10 minute drive to parking on Main Street in Park City. The end unit townhouse is incredibly quiet and the hot tub on the deck was a perfect end to a day of skiing. We had two families with children aged 9-16 (4 adults, 6 kids) and had no trouble with everyone finding their own space to enjoy! We will definitely be coming back.
