Designed for relaxation, comfort, and intentional time together, this home offers privacy, resort-style amenities, and peaceful surroundings—ideal for families and small groups seeking a quiet, refined getaway.
The main home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and thoughtfully curated indoor and outdoor living spaces.

The main living area is bright and welcoming, with large windows, comfortable seating, and open flow into the dining area and kitchen—perfect for shared meals and relaxed evenings.
The gourmet kitchen includes a Wolf gas range, full-size refrigerator, generous prep space, Nespresso and drip coffee makers, and fully stocked cookware and dinnerware.

The pool is heated with an electric heat pump. During colder weather, the system may enter freeze-protection mode, and the pool may not reach typical swimming temperatures. Please use the pool cover when the pool is not in use.
The pool, spa, and playground areas are not fenced. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Hot Tub
The hot tub is kept in eco-standby mode for efficiency.
Please message us 30–45 minutes in advance to allow adequate heating time
Requests must be made no later than 9:00 PM
Use ends at 10:00 PM
Available for up to 2 hours per day
Not available on checkout day

Expansive brick courtyard with arbor, outdoor dining, and seating—ideal for quiet mornings and peaceful evenings.
Steam Room
A spa-like steam room located just outside the primary bedroom suite, perfect for relaxation.

GUEST ACCESS & PROPERTY LAYOUT
Guests have exclusive access to the main house, courtyard, pool, hot tub, steam room, and designated outdoor areas immediately surrounding the home.
Important: This is a private 5-acre property with three separate residences:
Main House – your reserved home with exclusive access to listed amenities
Owner ADU – a separate residence occupied by the owner
Tiny Home – a standalone unit with its own entrance and parking, rented separately
Each residence has clearly defined boundaries, separate access, and private outdoor areas. There are no shared amenities. Guests in the owner ADU and tiny home do not access the main house or its amenities.
Certain areas are private and not accessible to main-house guests, including the barn, orchard areas, large parking area between residences, and one interior storage room.
IMPORTANT SAFETY & PROPERTY NOTES
The pool, spa, and playground areas are not fenced. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
