The home is located near Downtown Raleigh in the walkable and charming Boylan Heights neighborhood. Restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and a grocery store are all within easy walking distance. Wye Hill, Rebus Market, Trophy Brewing & Pizza, and more!

You'll enter into a spacious, open-concept living area featuring a cozy couch and TV setup, a large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Each bedroom has its own full en-suite bathroom — one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub. We provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and a hair dryer.

Guests have full access to the home with the exception of two locked closets for personal belongings & supplies.



The Neighborhood:

Conveniently located in a safe area, walkable to both Downtown Raleigh and the charming Boylan Heights neighborhood. You’ll find several great spots nearby, including Trophy Brewing Pizza, The Bend Bar, State of Beer, Wye Hill, Rebus Works, and Heights House. Weaver Street Market (grocery store) is a slightly longer walk or a short drive away.

• 5-minute drive to NC State, Shaw University, and William Peace University

• 15 minutes to the Lenovo Center

• 20 minutes to RDU Airport



Getting Around:

Free street parking is available near the home, though you may need to park around the corner at times. Once you’re here, the neighborhood is very walkable, and rideshares are easy to catch if you’re heading farther out. We’re also conveniently located near Union Station if you're arriving by train.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that the home is located near active train tracks, and trains do pass by a few times daily. Many guests report that the sound is muted and not overly disruptive, but if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this is something to keep in mind.



The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, but there is no dishwasher.
