Our cottage is located in a private, gated, residential community, and only minutes from the Veterans Expressway and 25 minutes to the Tampa International Airport. Our shaded streets meander through century-old oak trees. Our 92 acre ski lake offers guests shady grassed areas for picnics, a sandy beach, volleyball court, fishing dock, boat ramp, swimming area, BBQ grills and playground. Venture out on the lake with our included kayak. Minutes from breweries, restaurants and grocery stores.

Welcome to the Weekender!

Our cottage is located in a private, gated, residential community, and only minutes from the Veterans Expressway and 25 minutes to the Tampa International Airport. Our private shaded streets have a 10 MPH speed limit as they meander through growths of century-old oak trees. Our multi-acre park and 92 acre ski lake offers guests shady grassed areas for picnics, a sandy beach. The park also features a volleyball court, fishing dock, boat ramp, swimming area and horseshoe pits. We also have a fully equipped and fenced children`s playground.

The Weekender is a coastal decor bungalow that has been newly renovated. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, blender, griddle, coffee maker/espresso with coffee/espresso provided. A living room with a flat screen TV and Android TV, the living room also provides a sofa and room for our supplied queen size air mattress - there is also a wonderful bay window with a window seat. There is a cozy bedroom, with a queen sized bed. We also supply a pack n play with a sheet as well as a high chair. All beds have comfortable high thread sheets. Washer and dryer are included in your stay. A large patio area and backyard with a fire pit and propane and charcoal grill are provided. The lake is a 5 minute walk from our house. Basic toiletries are provided along with blow dryer, straightener, ironing board and iron. Closet space with hangers is provided in the bedroom.

The back screened in porch has a sitting area and table for you to enjoy the beautiful oak trees and calm surroundings.

We provide games, hammocks to bring down to the lake to relax, books, outside games, and all the cooking utensils you’d need for grilling at our house or at the lake.

We have two bikes at the property available for a lovely ride around our shaded streets.

We provide a kayak with paddles and life jackets. The kayaks is on a dolly, making it extremely easy to bring it down to the lake.

This very quiet, private lake community is close to the Veterans Highway, Trinity, New Port Richey and approximately 20 minutes from Tampa. We are also close to beaches, Busch Gardens, downtown Tampa and Water Street, and historic Ybor City! We are just a short drive to grocery stores, breweries, restaurants and walk in clinic/hospital.
