There are 2 bedrooms (1 room with a firm California King bed that will sleep 2 and 1 room with a firm Queen bed that will sleep 2), plus a queen sofa bed in the living room that will sleep 2. 1 roomy bathroom with a full walk-in shower and 1 powder bath room. The kitchen is outfitted with all the modern conveniences - microwave oven, dishwasher, range and refrigerator and small appliances, like coffee pot, crockpot, mixer, etc. We have a comfortable dining area and living room. High speed WiFi and wireless streaming service for a flat screen TV viewing, landline phone for local calls. Forced air heating and air conditioning. Very comfortable and roomy for 6 people. Due to no dogs allowed in the main living area, it is dog hair and dander free for those with allergies and asthma brought on by animal allergies. We are within 3 minutes drive of the South Fork Canyon and 5 minutes to the West and North Fork Canyons, leading into the mountains and numerous trails, with 100's of miles of hiking and horse trailheads.
