The space
The house offers a nice open layout with chic modern furniture. Located in a highly desirable and safe neighborhood. Wood grain floors with stylish rugs throughout. Large back porch to relax on as well. Spacious backyards for small gatherings. Fully stocked kitchen with cooking utensils. There are 3 large themed bedrooms and two full baths. Smart TV's throughout.

Guest access
You will have the entire home to yourself. A locked closet is located in the master bedroom, other than that the place is yours to enjoy.

All reservations must be a two-night minimum.
Discounts for weekly and monthly stays.

Dogs and cats are not permitted. However, exceptions are made. A fee of $1000.00 will be issued along with additional costs if permission is not granted.

Smoking is strictly forbidden within the house. A fine/fee of $1200.00 will be issued if there is smoking within the home, plus additional costs.
