Small sunny studio apartment with contemporary and recently renovated decor with new bathroom and kitchen. Perfect for two people. Comfortable living area and dining area with double bed of closed alcove bed with 182 cm x 135 cm. PLEASE NOTE THE SIZE OF THE BED.

You will have access to the entire apartment.

Other things to note
Alcove bed might not be very comfortable for very tall people, but we do have a sofa bed just in case.
The stairs that lead from the front door to the living room area inside the apartment are steep.
There is a garbage collection facility near the apartment, that can at times be noisy in the evening and early hours of the morning, this is more noticeable during the summer.

You will be asked to fill out a housing bulletin prior to staying in the apartment.
The accommodation bulletin SEF intended to monitor foreign nationals entering the country. All foreign nationals including nationals of other member states of the European Union must complete an accommodation bulletin when staying staying in a hotel, tourist resort, local accommodation establishment or similar lodging.

On the other hand according to the European Schengen law we are required to fill out a housing newsletter with information of our guests.
