o The parking lot is shared by coffee shop patrons and other apartments in the building. The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without a refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.
No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund. You must be 25 years of age or older to book one of our homes.
While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.
If the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, we will charge a fee that covers the additional expense.
Early check-in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.
The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home.

Good walkable location to UofSC and downtown Columbia. Nice space and parking was convenient. Coffee shop next store was very convenient too! Will definitely return.

The place was generally adorable and a good location. Fairly quiet at night and the bed was comfortable. Some issues were trouble with the hot water, as in it wasn’t working until the last morning of my stay. They were quick to respond about the problem but still having no hot shower is the pits Another thing I noticed is that with the lighting, it was either hospital operating room. Right over head lights or 2 dim lamps. The bathroom lighting was not great either. And just a suggestion, a fullLength mirror would be nice.
