Sunrise Tamarindo is situated in the town center, right across the street from the beach. You will enjoy the vibrant atmosphere with small shops, restaurants and nightlife. Take a surf lesson, rent a quad, or just stroll along the long sandy beach.

You can walk to everything in Tamarindo from Sunrise. However, if you decide to rent a car to explore the coast, we have secure parking inside the walls and our spot is right behind our building.

Sunrise Tamarindo 15 is a beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo situated in a gated community right across the street from famous Tamarindo beach. Sunrise Tamarindo 15 offers a spacious floor plan of 1800 ft2 with a large covered terrace on the front and a smaller terrace nestled in the back. Sunrise 15 also has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, fabulous open living area, and laundry room.

The ocean view master bedroom offers a king bed, sliding doors to the front terrace and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfy queen bed and sliding doors to the back terrace. The third bedroom has two twin beds and access to the back terrace. The guest bathroom with big shower is just outside the doors of the second and third bedrooms.

Note - Work will be done on the elevator from November 11 to December 15, 2025, so if you book a stay for these dates, the elevator will not be functioning.

Sunrise Tamarido 15 is close to everything in vibrant Tamarindo including restaurants, shops, nightlife, activities and the gorgeous beach right across the street. Perfect fully equipped Tamarindo vacation rental for families or groups of friends. We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
