Privacy and Occupancy Note





Guests will have the entire top/main level of the home to themselves, including all living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and all outdoor amenities such as the fire pit, swing, and creek area.



The lower level is a completely separate, private space that is occupied. It has its own entrance and is not shared with guests. You may see vehicles or people in passing, but the spaces do not interact, similar to a duplex layout.








Parking and Access





Park in the upper-level driveway by following the gravel road up to the main entrance
Keypad entry allows for easy self-check-in
Access code will be provided prior to arrival









Pets





Pets may be allowed depending on number, breed, and size. Please inquire before booking.








Smoking
