Our stay was peaceful, relaxing, and incredibly fun! Our main goal for the trip was to tube the river, and this property was in the absolute perfect location for that. We used Summit Tubing, which was just a convenient 2-minute drive away. The outdoor setting here is by far the highlight. Starting the morning with coffee on the porch swing was the best way to kick off the day. Highly recommend!

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're so glad to hear your stay was peaceful, relaxing, and fun. It's great that our location made it easy to enjoy your river tubing adventure and all that the area has to offer. We couldn't agree more about the outdoor setting, there's something special about starting the day with a cup of coffee on the porch swing and taking in the peaceful surroundings. Thank you for highlighting that experience for future guests. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back for another memorable getaway soon!

This was our second stay at this property so I knew what to expect. It’s perfect for small families that want to spend the majority of their time in the river. Air conditioning works great, outdoor areas needed to be blown off, lots of dirt, leaves & some old deflated tubes left behind. Sheets in the guest room were dirty and the futon room isn’t a viable option for anyone to sleep. Overall we had a good trip, property just has some small things that need to be tended to here & there.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us again and for taking the time to share your feedback. We're so glad you and your family had another enjoyable river trip and that the air conditioning kept you comfortable during your stay. We appreciate you pointing out the areas that needed attention. We're sorry to hear the outdoor spaces weren't as tidy as they should have been and that the guest room sheets and futon room didn't meet expectations. We've shared your comments with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so these items can be addressed promptly. We truly value your repeat visits and your honest feedback, it helps us continue improving the experience for all of our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better stay next time!

We were looking for a quite place to relax and unwind for a long weekend and this place was perfect. We sat out by the river and just enjoyed it all. The only that l could suggest is adding some handrails for the outside stairs, for us older people. We will coming back for more peace. Thank you, James & Sandy
